The two girls were cuddling as they slept and the sun started to rise making its way through Charlie's blinds hitting her face. Robin had her arms rapped around Charlie's waist as Charlie was faced the other way. The sun caused Charlie to open her eyes and look at the clock.

6:45

It blinked in bright red colors across her clock. She was about to get up to close the blinds she noticed Robins tight grip on her. She decided not to get up with the chance of waking her up. She grabbed a pillow and put it in front of her face and went back to sleep quickly as she was still half asleep.

Robin pulled her in tighter burying her face into the crook of the brunettes neck. They both slept peacefully before Robin started waking up around 10 am. She quickly noticed how she had slept and was slightly embarrassed. She let go of Charlie which made her wake up as well.

"Morning," Charlie said turning around facing Robin.

"Morning," Robin said back with a small smile before getting out of the bed and heading to the bathroom.

Charlie then also got up and headed downstairs to get breakfast. Her brother had already left for work so she could basically do whatever she wanted. Robin then made her way down the stairs and used the same cereal Charlie had left out. She then joined her sitting down at the four person table. Charlie was facing towards the tv, which was playing morning cartoons. Robin sat down beside her joining her in watching the show.

"For a kids show it's so entertaining," Charlie said with a slight laugh as Jem and the Holograms played on the tv. Robin didn't say anything but just nod in agreement as she finished her bowl and looked at the time.

"Shit," she said under her breath, "Uh hey, can you take me back home? Ive gotta get ready for work," she asked turning around which Charlie just nodded her head and response and Robin let out a small thank you before heading up stairs to get changed.

Robin put on her black high waisted pants, button up shirt with a tie, then threw on a jacket and some black Converse. She went downstairs with her bag and let Charlie finished getting dressed. Charlie put on a large band t-shirt, oversized black jeans that were cuffed at the bottom, and black high top Converse.

"You ready?" she asked grabbing the keys. Robin nodded her head and they walked out of the house getting into Charlie's AMC Eagle. Charlie drove to Robins house with little directions being needed. Once they arrived Robin let her come inside.

Robin started to look around her room for her work vest that her name tag on it when she got a phone call.

"Hello?" she said into the phone.

"Robin, finally," she could hear Steve say through the phone.

"Sorry I just got back home. What is it?"

"They're back," was all Steve said that sent her into a slight shock.

"The Russians?" Robin questioned when though the pit of her stomach new that's who he was talking about.

"Yes. Skip work today we're gonna need you."

"I don't know," she said thinking about Charlie downstairs, "I have someone over and I can't just tell them to leave and have to explain all this shit to her."

"Bring her with you. I don't know. All I know is that we need you. Think about it ok? We're at the Wheelers if you decide to come," he said before hanging up the phone leaving Robin with a choice.

After a few minutes of contemplating she went down stairs and told Charlie about everything, even the stuff she wasn't there for.

"If you wanted me to go with you some where you didn't need to make up a whole story," Charlie laughed slightly. For her it was too out of the world for that to happen. Like a crazy bald kid has super powers and bleeds from its nose? Might as well be the next box buster movie that was being shown at the nearest movie theater near you.

"Trust me I wish all this shit was fake," Robin said giving Charlie a serious look so she knew she wasn't messing around.

"Ok I'll take your word for it and join you on this crazy adventure," Charlie sarcastically replied.

"Good. Now come on we've gotta get to the Wheelers," Robin said getting up and heading back to the car making Charlie realize she was dead serious.

"Oh ok," she quickly let out before walking back out and getting into the car and started driving to Mrs. Wheelers house with the help of Robins directions. They quickly made their way there and went up to the door with Robin knocking.

"Robin?" Karen said opening the door confused as to why so many people were showing up.

"Uh Hey is Steve here?" she asked.

"Um yeah I believe everyone's downstairs," she said before moving her eyes to the brunette beside Robin, "Who are you sweetie?" she asked.

"Oh right sorry. I'm Charlie Smith," she smiled reaching her hand out to shake.

"Nice to meet you. I'm so sorry for your loss by the way, my condolences," Mrs Wheeler smiled sadly before letting them. Hawkins is a small town which means all parents know each other. Everyone's in everyone's business so Charlie wasn't surprised by her reaction to who she was.

Karen then let them both in and they went down to the basement and met with everyone else.

"Who the hell is she?" Mike asked with a confused face looking over at Lucas who just shrugged his shoulders.

Steve looked over at Robin seeing the girl she had told him about beside her. He could tell they were definitely more than friends so he gave Robin a look then looked over to Charlie, which Robin then gave him a signal to not point it out. Steve agree, somewhat, and waited for her introduce her to everyone.

"You're probably wondering who this is," Robin said with an awkward laugh looking over to the brunette then back to the group. Everyone nodded their head which gave Charlie the cue to introduce herself.

"Oh uh hey I'm Charlie Smith," she gave a half smile while stuffing one hand into her pocket.

After everything that had happened over the summer Robin became apart of their group and ended up coming out to all of them some time or another. Some of them gave her a look of "is she your girlfriend" in a nice teasing way and others just assumed.

A couple hours passed and they had all came up with a plan. During that time they also caught Charlie up to speed on everything so she wasn't left behind. Since they knew the Russians were back, dew to Dustin continuously checking the station he caught them in a new code, they knew Hopper was alive due to Robins translations.

Something they had all been worried about deeply.

After a while of trying to get somewhere, they came to no plan. They all felt that if they went home and did something that could distract themself from what was happening they could figure what the Russians plan was going to be.
