When they got to the other Motorvile, Bri was confused on where she would be, since Oliver wasn't saved in this world. Either Alicia still sent her here, or she stayed in the other world.
But the Conductor said she was the Pure-Hearted One in this universe. Since she didn't have to look after Oliver, she kept her innocence and purity and didn't join Shadar or destroy Xanadu.
She would've been the Pure Hearted One in their universe had she not destroyed Xanadu, but she did and that title was given to Oliver.
Bri was always jealous of Oliver, but never said it out loud, instead saying that he "had too much light" and left it at that.
Now Bri thought Oliver stole it from her, which would be only partially correct.
The other part was that she didn't fit the qualifications after destroying Xanadu and Oliver did. But she wasn't going to say anything about that.
