Nico POV:
I was glad Will opened up about his past. I was walking by archery when I heard his sisters voice, and a male voice. "What was your life like before Camp Half Blood?" A pause. Silence, then a whisper I could barely hear, "I'll tell at the place we kissed. I'll explain everything there," running to get Will, because he seemed like the kind of brother who would be interested in knowing this, I saw him. "What's up Nico?" He asked. "Evaya.... Connor.... woods...." I said, breathing heavily. Wills eyes widened. "Let's go," we ran were I saw them go. We soon found them. Evaya spoke, "Look, Connor, I don't want any pity when I'm done talking okay? I...." Connor put a figure to her lips. "Okay I get it, just, tell me. Be honest," he assures her. She took a deep breath and a weak smile, "I always tell the truth," but then a sadness came into her voice, "I can't say anything otherwise, but here we go. My past is not the prettiest, but not the worst. My mother was kind. Will was her golden boy. I had hard bullying for all of my life. Physically. This guy used to best me up. Now, I was even thinner than I am now. I couldn't fight back, no muscle. All I had were words, and they did nothing. Will once thought I lied. My first grade teacher didn't like me, my second grade teacher thought that I was stuck up, and my third grade teacher didn't even bother hiding her hatred for me. She told me I couldn't learn cursive since I'm left handed,"
"You're left handed?!?" Connor asked, eyes wide. She let out a small sigh and laugh, "yes. Now anyways, my fifth grade teacher didn't like me much. You see, we moved so I went to a different elementary school. A new bully waited for me there, words were his weapon. My words could match, they sometimes over powered his, but I couldn't deliver them with the same power. So I took the abuse, and almost took my life. My best friend saved me. Convinced me to stay. Will ran away when I was in second grade. So as you can see, my past is dark, but there wasn't always darkness. No, now is the time of light," she finished. My eyes were wide, my mouth hung open at everything I had just hard. A small smile pulled at her mouth, loudly she said, "Will, Nico, you could've just come out of the trees," We stepped out, she smiled. Connor was staring at her, almost in shock. Will looked sadly at her, "I'm so so sorry I-" she cut him off. "It's fine, you didn't know. How could you?" She asked. She then smirked, "since I had to watch you do this it's only I fair I make you watch this," Will looked baffled. She closed Connor's open mouth, bent his down towards hers, and kissed him full on the mouth, it lasted three seconds, she pulled away. Flapped her wings once, and shot in the air. Will's expression was confused and a bit annoyed with a hint of anger. He walked away mumbling, "I hate it when she does that," Connor grinned. "Well, it wasn't that bad, so why did my dad tell me to watch out for the daughter of Apollo, the sunlight conductor?" He asked at loud. I shrugged and went after Will with Connor far behind. I came up by him, he was arguing with his sister, "Why did you do that?" He asked. She shrugged innocently, "What? You think I like you and-" she nodded towards me, "di Angelo here making out?! It wasn't even a long kiss, at all. So stop freaking out!" She walked away, went into the Apollo cabin and slammed the door. He turned towards me, "That girl..." He sighed shaking his head, "she's feistier than I remember. She never could just say okay, always had to prove her point. I think her stubbornness and debate, and argument skills got better as she got older. Man, I would've done anything to see her grow up," he said. "Five years, five years of her life I never got to see..." He was biting his lip. Ah, a common trait between him and his sister, they both bit their lips when they felt bad or nervous. "I never knew she was going to commit suicide... I should've been there," he was whispering. I looked at him. "It's not your fault that you missed five years of her life. Just like how it isn't anybody's fault that Bianca died. It's been almost five years since she died, it's actually four, but like I said, it's not your fault," I explained. He gave me a weak smile. Smiling he said, "alright, I'm going to drop it," I raised an eyebrow. He sighed. "Yeah no, I gotta go talk to her," he said. I pushed him, "go," I said. He smiled and ran off.
