CHAPTER 34

Hanji's POV

I don't know why but Y/N's kinda acting a little strange today. First , She was so jumpy. Second , She asked me if my feelings for her would change , Of course it wouldn't , It'll only grow more as time passes

The sun was about to set as the both of us walked on the seashore , Enjoying the new scenery.

"Hey I need to go somewhere, Please wait for me " She said as she lets go of my hands and before I could ask where, she's already walking away

I sat down alone as I inhaled the fresh salty air , The gently breeze was making contact with my face

I saw Braus walking towards me as she held a single rose in her hands "Hange-san" She greeted me with a smile ,handing me the rose as I smiled back "What's this for?" I asked "You'll find out soon" She said before walking away

It was a beautiful red rose

Silence once again took over as I thought about why'd she gave me this. After a few minutes , Mikasa was heading my way with another rose on hand similar to what Braus gave me. "Hey commander" She said as she handed it to me "Oh you guys" I said as she smiled at me and walked away

Followed by Mikasa was Arlert , Behind him was Eren and Kirsten. Armin held an Identical rose to what the two girls gave me. "Hange-san , This is for you" He said while Handing me the red rose.

"Commander Hanji, Please come with us. Y/N's orders" Eren said as he offered me a hand and I gladly accepted it and we walked to a path that was made out of rose petals

Just what's Y/N planning

Y/N's POV

"Hey Levi" I said as he dismounted his horse "Y/N, Are you ready for this?" He asked in which you nodded "Here's the ring" He said handing you a crystal clear box and inside it was a beautiful ring with a tiny diamond on the middle

"It's beautiful Levi, Thank you so much!" You said while smiling and which made Levi smile "I'm so happy for you" He said.

The sun was already setting "We should go" He said while ushering you out of the stables with him following you from behind

You went to the spot where you're going to propose to her.

There you saw her sitting while enjoying the scenery "Hey" You said while sitting in front of her , she smiled "Y/N gosh , Is this what your being nervous about?" She said "Maybe , Maybe not . But you'll know soon enough" You stated while chuckling

The both of you started to eat while Levi and the others started to prepare for your proposal.

Not soon enough , The two of you finished eating and had a little small talk.

The sound of fireworks interrupted you as you smiled , Sasha then gave you the go sign to get on your knee and propose

You then stood up and grabbed the tiny box that Levi gave you. Hanji's smile widened as tears started to fell on her cheeks

"Hanji, Remember the last time I gave you a ring was when I asked you to be my girlfriend and although it wasn't that long ago , I want us to be something deeper than that. I want you to be permanently become my lover , I want to be able to call you my wife. So if I may ask you , Will you marry me?" You asked as you shed tears of your own

Levi and the other members of the survey corps surrounded you as they cheered you on

Your friends , Especially Levi stayed close and supported you. Hanji cupped your cheeks and nodded her head while whispering yes as you placed the ring on her ring finger before you stood up and pulled her in for a kiss

The whole corps started to cheer and celebrate.

Levi's POV

Erwin, I hope you're seeing this

I thought as I watched the two of my friends kiss in the middle of the crowd. I remembered how Hanji begged us to join me and Erwin on visiting Y/N that day, when they first met.

I was the first to know that Hanji had a little crush on Y/N the very first moment she laid her eyes on Y/N. The way her eyes sparkled when Y/N rushed down to meet us. The excitement on her voice when they first spoke to each other

I'm just very happy that they'd end up together , No more problems , No more jealousy , No more hurting each other. I'm glad that I spoke to both of them before , I'm glad that I heard

I always knew that Y/N would fell for her brothers's bestfriend and that bestfriend is no other than Hanji
