Minho x Reader ~ His Girl

~Chapter 7~

I wake up in the morning and find myself in a boys arms. I remember what happened last night and I am surprised Minho stayed. I thought he would leave but luckily he did not. I listen to his steady heartbeat because my head lays on his bare chest. My arms are around his torso and I lay between his legs on my stomach. He lays under me and his arms are around my waist. His mouth is lightly part to let out some little breathes. I relax again and rest on his body. After some minutes or hours, I lost the time, I feel a hand stroking my hair carefully. I know he is awake but he thinks I'm not. "Good morning" I mumble still sleepy. He laughs at my quiet voice. "Good morning Greenie!" He definitely doesn't sound sleepy. Y/n. What. Y/n. Whose name is that? "Y/n." I whisper but Minho heard it. "You remembered!?" I look up at him and right in his eyes. God they are so beautiful. He chuckles. "Welcome to the glade, Y/n!" I smile at him and he return. "Hey...ehm do you want to talk about last night? Only if you want." He asks and I know he means my dream. "It was just a nightmare. Don't worry. And sorry for waking you up." "Don't be sorry. I am a light sleeper." I lay my head back on his chest and he tighten his grip of his arms. We stay a little like this until I hear a knock at the door and Newt enters. It takes him a few seconds to realize what he just walked in. He gets a teasingly smirk and I realize he thinks of something completely different. Somehow Minho was faster with thinking and tries to explain what happened to Newt. My cheeks turn red by the thought of Newt think what he thought. After Minho finished I was able to look at Newt again and he believes him. "Okay you lovebirds. I wanted to tell you it's time for breakfast." "Give us 5 Minutes and we'll be there." Tells Minho him and Newt leaves. I don't want to look at Minho because the situation was or is so embarrassing. "I will leave you so you can change. When you're ready just come to breakfast. Okay?" I nod and he leaves and closes the door after him. I let out a breath I didn't  know I had hold in. Oh my god. Newt is going to tease me with this for ever.
I get my food from Fry and sit down across from Newt and next to Chuck. "And how did you sleep?" Asks Newt me teasingly. I kick his leg under the table. He cursed and I smile. "What do you mean Newt?" Asks Chuck as innocent he is. "He means that I remembered my Name. Y/n!" I say before anyone else. "Great! Hello Y/n!" I hug him. He is such a sweet boy. After breakfast I am on my way to the med-shack where I am supposed to be working when Thomas found me. "Hey Tommy. You alright?" "Yes. Newt told me what happened. Are you okay? When something is wrong you can always come to me okay?" I smile and hug him. "Everything is perfect. Thank you!" We hear Mingo shouting. "I have to go in the maze. See you later Y/n" "Okay take care of yourself Tommy!" He winks and then disappear with some runners in the maze. "Some one is jealous" I jump. I didn't see Newt coming my way. "NEWT! You scared the hell out of me!" He laughs. "Wait! What do you mean with jealous?" "Minho! He saw you and Tommy hugging and he looked really angry. You sure nothing happened last night?" I look at him shoked. Why should Minho be jealous? "No. Nothing happened. I had a nightmare and he helped me. He just stayed with me." Newt raises a eyebrow. Then I realize: Minho stayed. "Why...he...Why do you think he stayed?" I ask Newt. I feel like he is some kind of best friend and I can talk about everything with him. "I am not sure but I never saw him this caring about a Greenie. Or anyone." I think about telling him but something is holding me back. In the end I did it. "Do you think he likes me? I mean I like him but... not like like him. No I do but..." "Hey calm down Y/n. I don't know what's up about him but I will find out and will tell no one that you like him." "Thanks Newt" I also hug him. I feel like hugging people so I know I'm not alone in this hell hole.
Time skip to 8 weeks. You are now two month in the glade, after you came another greenie, and you're really close with Newt and Thomas. Newt is your best friend and Tommy a close friend. Chuck is like a little brother and Alby like a big one. You also got really close with Minho but not in the way you want. You have a big crush on him but you don't really know if he feels the same but Newt thinks so. You also got close with Ben the best friend of Minho. Today is the day when the new greenie comes.
I wake up in my own bed. I got my own room and bed two weeks ago because I am the only girl and Newt wanted his room back and I couldn't sleep with anyone else. Today I have the privilege to sleep in because I'm off work. Today comes a new greenie and no one has to work. I turn around so I lay on my back and look at the ceiling. I feel peace and it's quite. Until someone bursts in my room without knocking. The person jumps on the bed and of course on me because I'm still in bed. I smell a familiar smell. Minho. He was the only one who was allowed to walk in my room without knocking and he always wakes me up like this when he is staying in the glade. Newt is also allowed to enter my room but this is not so often. "Morning Y/n!" Says Minho excited. He is a morning person while I'm sleepy until lunch. "Morning Minho. Exited for the greenie?" I ask. He shakes his head yes very eager. I laugh at him and embrace him. He lays his head on my chest and put his arms around my waist. We love to lay like this in the mornings because it feels a little bit normal in this glade where everything is different. My heart always beats faster when he lays on me, I like being close to him, it's better than nothing. Even if it's not what I want exactly. Most of the time I ignore my feelings because I don't want to harm our friendship. Short time after, Newts comes in my room. "Good morning Y/n and Minho." He knows about my crush on Minho and I tell him everything as my best friend. "The greenie should be here anytime. So I assume you should get ready and take your bloody hands of each other!" I take one of my many pillows and throw it at him. Unfortunately I miss, I am not really god at sports that's why I have a job where I don't have to do much movement. Newt picks the pillow up and throw it back. Of course he hit me and bursts out in laughing and Minho joins him. I stand up annoyed and Minho falls on the floor because he wasn't prepared to me moving. I grab fresh cloth and make my way to the showers so I smell nice when the new Greenie comes. When I arrive at the showers, Minho had reached me. He always guards the door when I shower because hes scared something will happen when he is not there. I'm also worried but not as much as he is. After the shower we make your way to the kitchen for breakfast. "Do you think it'll be a girl or boy?" I ask Minho. "I hope it's a boy again. Girls are anoying!" I give him a death stare and he smiles innocent at me. After me as the only girl came another boy. But I always hope it's girl because I need one. The boys aren't bad but a girl to talk to is something else. "I hope it's a girl because you guys suck!" I say with a fake annoyed tone. Minho looks at me like I broke his heart. Of course only playfully. "How dare you! We are your family!" I smirk. "Well. You are but as soon as we are out of here I will leave and enjoy my life." I know how to get Minho angry. And this time it also worked. He starts tickling me, I fall over and take him with me. "Minho stop. I'm sorry. STOP!" I scream. We both laugh uncontrollably. We roll over a few times still on the floor until he pins me on the floor with my hands pinned next to my head. He sits on my waist and looks me in the eyes. His own eyes are so beautiful, I get lost everytime I look at them. I forget everything around us. The boys, the glade and the maze. In this moment it's just us. He hovering above my body and me caught in his grip. I want to kiss him to bad right now. But I can't because he stands up and overs me his hand to help me up. I sign on the inside but take his hand happily. He pulls me up and we go to Fry. There Minho left me to go to his best friend Ben. I wave at him and then turn back at Frypan. "Hey Y/n! Exited for today?" He asks as he hands me my food. "Kind of. I still hope it's girl." He nods in agreement. He is one of few people who knows how hard it is to be the only girl in a glade with only boys. I take my plate and sit at my usual table with Newt, Chuck, Tommy and Zart. Sometimes there are some other ones like Winston today. While eating we laugh and talk. Then we hear the alarm. The new Greenie! We all run over to the box and Gally and Newt open it. And by the way, Gally and me aren't really close friends but we like each other as some kind of friends. It's complicated. At least he doesn't hate me. The box opens and I don't trust my eyes. "It's a bloody girl!" Newt screams since he is down in the box. I look at her. She is beautiful with her blue eyes and black long hair. She is too beautiful. I always thought I would be happy if I get a girl but right now I feel something else. Jealousy. The boys help her out the box and now she stands in front of me and I can see her whole body. She looks really pretty. I look at Minho and he looks at the girl with something I never saw in his eyes. "You got a competitor, Y/n" Says Zart next to me. He says it as a joke but I take it serious. I don't answer, I just stare at the girl. She looks around. She must be scared then her gaze meet mine and I feel it again. Jealousy.
