Those were his exact words and I suppose he's just that shocked he doesn't want to believe me for a mean time. Our first fight and I've never been so calm because surely, he'll soften himself.

Dowoon gave me another sifty look. Ilang beses na akong bumuntonghininha habang sinusundan siya. Again, he didn't mutter any word and just continue searching and contemplating whether he should buy this or that.

"You two have a fight?" he asked.

I thought I was just hearing the conversation from behind but he looks at me again, "It's new to see you're never so close to him."

"We're still close."

"Close to the wall you two built after whatever happened on both of you," he winks. "Sunbae, have you tried talking to him? My teacher always remind us that communication is always the key to a peace of mind."

He didn't knew anything, you see. But I gave him a laugh like it meant he is fully aware of what had happened. "Give him time. He's still..."

Akala ako magtatanong pa siya but Dowoon just mouthed 'okay' silently before proceeding to the groceries. It's weekend and he asked me yesterday if I can accommodate him to groceries after his class, which I silently agreed to go.

Dapat kasama ko si Hayme sa mga ganitong oras, he'd either have us somewhere or he'll just make me watch him sleep or the opposite. But Inton already reminded me Hayme's peacefully taking a nap today kaya wala na akong magawa. Perhaps being away to each other for a mean time will lighten his mood and will make this pain bearable.

Kanina pa siya pumipili kung anong gulay ang bibilhin niya, I kept saying my recommendations yet he's not listening. Nang mapagod, ako na lang mismo tumingin sa iilan.

Kasalukuyan kong tinitignan 'yung expiration dates ng mga cup noodles when a bulky man stood right beside the track. If Clarc didn't mention my name, I wouldn't lay my eyes on him but I did.

"Wow, akala ko hindi na kita makikita!" he asked if he can hug me and I insist. Pagbitaw niya sa akin ay siya rin na pag-agaw ng kasama ko sa cart. "Friend mo?"

Dowoon smiled and waved, "Sunbae, if you want to go with him now, it's fine! I can manage now!"

Panic raised in my face, "H-ha?"

"Go on! Long-time friend?" Clarc nods. "Great! Thank you for agreeing to my request, sunbae. You can go now and have a rest!"

Before I could even protest, he's already gone in the middle of the crowd. Clar and I laughed. "That was... fast." bulong ko. "Baliw 'yun, inaya nga ako tapos biglang alis."

"Workmate ninyo?" tumango ako. "Then hula ko nandito rin siya?"

He tiptoed and I laughed nervously on his apricot long sleeves. We're both wearing the same style. Only he's wearing a tee inside, I paired my green long sleeves with white tank top.

"Wala." tulak ko ss kaniya. "Tulog sa kanila."

"Hindi ako naniniwala."

"Then don't" Umirap ako. "It was that guy the only reason I'm here."
