Ryan's POV

It was still a strange feeling, for the past one week, where I woke up early with anticipation and impatience. I threw my pillow to the side as I rushed up to dress.

"Ryan stop skipping breakfast!" Mum yelled after me as I raced out of the house. I was barely half way to my gate, when I spun around and raced back in.

"Thanks mum," I smiled at her as I took a piece of sandwich and munched on it as I rushed back out.

Seeing her face was never enough, especially after my feelings being open before her, it only made me want her more. I raced down the hall, my heart racing as my eyes anticipated to meet hers.

"Nysa!" Before I could get in, I heard her name out of Chase's mouth, followed by her laughter.

"Chase has a crush on somebody!" I heard her cheerful voice. Stepping inside, my eyes landed on her, as she stood behind my desk, holding onto a letter, while Chase was whinning before her.

"Who is that unfortunate guy?" Jade laughed.

"I am straight!" Chase glared at her.

She turned to face me, her expressions changing to that of pure adoration. I loved how she looked at me, if anything. A smile appeared on my lips, hers spread wider, as her eyes nearly shut.

"Ryan tell your girl friend to give me that paper back!" Chase hissed as I completely ignored his words, as I cherished this moment with her.

"Good morning," she placed the paper down and walked towards me.

"Bullying is very bad," I narrowed my eyes at her as she stuck her tongue out making me chuckle.

"Yeah yeah," she rolled her eyes.

"Guys, this letter isn't for Chase!" Jade gasped as we both looked her way.

"That is what I was trying to tell you two, I found it on my desk, but-" he was silenced by Nysa.

"Who's it for then?" She asked walking over to where Jade stood.

"Its for you," Jade looked at me as I gave her my raised brows.

"For her!" I said with a stern tone as I took the letter from her hand and read it.

"Apparently somebody from the junior class likes you, but there is no address or sign off," Jade looked at Nysa, who seemed a little stunned.

I looked at her, as her innocent eyes met mine. 'God who wouldn't fall for those round beads!' I thought.

"Have you gotten this before?" I asked, feeling a little annoyed at whoever wrote this for her.

"No, its strange," she bit onto her lower lip.

"Well leave it, coz we don't know who its from, so let's not bother," Chase said as the two nodded.

"Why? Whoever this is, needs to know she is mine," I said with a low growl. Chase looked at me with wide eyes.

"Ooo possessive much huh," Jade smirked.

"Ryan, just let it go," Nysa looked at me as I raised an eyebrow.

"He needs to know that the gate he is knocking on, its locked," I said in a little intimidating manner, as I noticed her gulp.

Before either of us could speak further, the morning hour had already passed as classes began. Every now and then, I would have eye contacts with Nysa, where she would try to persuade me not to do anything stupid, but I knew I wouldn't rest until I made a point.

"Dude where are we going?" Chase asked as we walked down the sports field, during lunch.

"Junior ground," I said as he looked at me shocked.

"Bro!" He gasped.

The junior ground was particularly a place where there seemed to be no sort of rules instilled. Chase looked around in disgust at the boys before us.

"And this is the future of our school," he grimaced as I stiffled a laugh.

"Hey boys!" I called out, as I got their attention in just one shout. Chase gave me an impressive nod. I returned my attention to the audience before me. "Nysa Tiara Merchant, know her?" I looked at each boy before me.

"Oh she's that sweet girl," One of them said with a smile I did not like.

"Yes, she is my girl!" I said with a sarcastic grin.

"Why are you telling us this?" Another asked.

"Because one of you devils had the audacity to write a letter to her!" Chase stepped in.

"I won't do much children, just reminding you, whoever has their eyes on her, she is mine!" I highlighted the word 'mine' as I spoke. "So this better be the last letter we find," I said as Chase glared at them from my side.

We returned back to our bench in time to see Derek and the girls were already there.

"You still did it!" Nysa looked at me as I shrugged.

"Come on girl, he is just marking his territory," Jade smirked.

"Whatever, just eat now," she sighed as I held her hand, making her look at me.

"You're mine Nysa, once I hesitated to accept this, but now that I do, I want everyone to know this," I said as I felt her gaze on me flutter. She gulped.

"Lets eat guys!" Chase and Derek both exclaimed as I hesitantly let go of her hand. I knew my point was made very clear.
