So, I haven't started season 5 yet (because I wanted to start Jujutsu Kaisen and finished it), also, with the way the manga is going I'm not ready yet.
Izuku really deserves better. I wish he had someone he could actually rely and turn to on a more serious level.
Anyways, in this oneshot, you'll be 20. You'll be quirkless too.

(FLASHBACK TO WHEN IZUKU WAS FIVE, SO YOU'LL BE TEN)
Narrator's POV:
A girl with h/c hair opened the door to the Midoriya apartment, dressed in a middle school uniform, her yellow backpack slung over her shoulder.
"I'm home!" She exclaimed as she took her red sneakers off.
"Y/n."
She raised her head, seeing her mom, Inko, dressed in her apron, a knife floating beside her with a carrot.
She smiled,"Welcome home. How was school?"
She slipped on her slippers, hanging her bag on the rack.
"It was okay. Aki-chan got her ears pierced and was complaining about how painful it was."
"Eh? Well, she should've stayed home than." Inko mumbled.
She hummed, stepping further in the apartment, now a few feet away from her mom as she looked up and down the apartment.
"Eh? Where's Izu?" She questioned her mom,"Don't tell me he's watching that video again."
"What do you think?"
Y/n smiled, rolling her e/c eyes before she walked into her bedroom, and low and behold, there was Izuku, infront of her computer, watching All Might.
She smiled, seeing his green hair poke out from the sides of her spin chair.
"I thought I told you to stop sitting so close to the screen. It's bad for your eyes." She spoke up.
Izuku immediately spun on his chair, his face lighting up at his big sister who was finally home.
He hopped off the chair, his little feet slamming against the floor as her ran toward her.
"Nee-chan!" He screamed, throwing himself against her legs before she picked him up and he immediately wrapped his arms around her.
"I missed you too!" She laughed, patting his head.
He pulled back from her neck, looking at her with his green eyes.
"How was your day, hm?" She questioned, placing him down on her bed before she walked to her wardrobe and grabbed her PJs.
"It was amazing! I was watching All Might and he's so cool! He's the best! I want to be just like him when I'm bigger!" He beamed.
She giggled, turning on her heel before she walked over to him and gently poked his nose.
"And I have no doubt that you won't be an amazing hero, Izuku."
