After lexa came back to the car Clarke was taken back to the hospital are both lexa and Abby made her stay for a week and a half but after that Clarke grew too restless and lexa couldn't stand the hospital anymore so Clarke was released and taken home, lexa had her home cleaned up and redone, and fixes up, she also had a room set up for madi right across from hers and clark's room in which she also re died and had stocked with all of Clarkes things including the medical supposed she would need to for the injurie's . When she brought Clarke home she left madi with the state were she was to be cared for with utmost respect and love until the girls were allowed to bring her home, still the girls did not let there "alone" and "adult" time go to waist spending it mostly in each other arms in the bed for laughing in oversized tee shirt sports bras and shorts down stairs at the table, almost two weeks after Clarke was released from her hospital torsion madi came into their custody. When madi came into their custody it was a very sweet thing. Madie quickly ran into Clarkes and lexa arms when her case worker brought her to them, she smiled at the case worker and said

"Thanks for bringing me home to my new family" she smiled so brightly it made even the caseworker smile. After that madi was shown her room and spoiled rotten, for the next two years Clarke lexa and madi all lived very happily as a family, they found out what really happened to Madi's biological family and found madi birthday, after two years they asked again if she wanted to be adopted and she said yes so she was adopted and her last name was changed from madi shallow to madi griffin. Madi too a interest in many thing but the most were drawing and exercising and training, so lexa got to enjoy early morning workouts midi, fighting and all sorts of training with their adoptive daughter and Clarke got to teacher madi how to draw and paint in her studio that lexa had made specifically for the two of them Two year later Clarke was waking up with a smile on her face, her body pressed to lexas snuggled so closely they could feel each other's heart beating, she looked up at the sleeping angel in front of her and smiled

"We do this every morning, are we enjoying the view" lexa peeked one eye open looking down at the blonde who laughed a little

"Yes and like every morning, I am loving the view" Clarke smiled and lexa laughed a little something she had been much more prone to do. She bent her head down and towards Clarke capturing her lips in a tight kiss,

"Mom!? Aunty raven and Anaya are here...and there kissing gross" madi yelled and Clarke pulled back from the kiss laughing her forehead landing on lexas lips.

"Not even five minutes this time, I thinks she's on a record" lexa laughed a little and Clarke shook her head,

"I think if we do not get out of bed and soon madi will be at our door," Clarke smiled and pulled back, she was wearing one of lexa shirts that hung off her right shoulder.  shorts under the shirt that hung loosely off her frame lexa only rolled over and tucked an arm behind her head

"We have a picnic today by the way, there all coming over so best behavior" Clarke smiled as she looked over her shoulder,

"Always" lexa smiled as Clarke walked to the door, he gently opened the door and as she assumed there stood madi Anaya and raven her hands on her hips and her eyebrow raised,

"Griffin, why is my adorable little niece out there all alone and you're in there smooching the boss." raven smiled and Clarke shook her head and hugged madi gently and kissed her forehead

"Morning sweetie" Clarke smiled at the young girl who smiled brightly back and yawned followed by her stomach growling

"Morning mamma were mom" madi asked and peeked around Clarkes farm,

"Oh you know your mom she's probably bruiting because I'm making her be on her best behavior" Clarke laughed a little and tapped Madi's noise,

"I do not brut, nor do I miss behave simply choose your least favorite times to call you cute, now I do believe I owe a certain little princess a run through the garden" lexa came out in her training sports bra and legging pants, that when Clarke noticed maid was in her own running clothes and she rolled her eyes. Lexa nodded at Anaya and raven and grabbed Madi's hands and started off hearing Clarke call out behind them,
