"Of course."

"Thank you. I love you, you're an amazing brother." Lizzie said.

"Of course."

"Kara?" Lena said, running into her in Noonans.

"Lena? Hey!" Kara smiled.

"I've been meaning to talk to you. But we were kinda busy last time we saw each other. And I've been kind of busy."

"Yeah... listen I'm sorry-"

"No. I was meaning to talk to you about that. Alaia spoke to me and... well, I understand why you kept it a secret. I'm sorry for getting mad at you."

"No, I understand why you did. So... friends?"

"Best friends." Lena smiled, bringing Kara into a hug.

"Okay so Alex is sort of upset at the moment so I'm kinda picking up a coffee and some food for her before going to hers so... I'll see you another time?"

"Yeah, I should get going anyways. My lunch break is over."

"I missed you Lee." Kara smiled.

"I missed you too."

"We should hangout some time." Kara said.

"I'll try clear some time up." Lena chuckled.

"Order for Kara Danvers!" A cashier yelled.

"That's me, see you later."

"Bye Kara."

"So, I heard what happened." Kara said, swallowing the food in her mouth.

"I knew it was a bit coincidental that you came here after that." Alex said, as she placed her fork down.

"I was waiting for you to bring it up! But you didn't, so I did."

"I'm sorry. I was going to tell you but later. I didn't want to pile all my problems on you after the amazing day you probably had with Barry and Adelaide." Alex said.

"You're my sister, Alex. Your problems are mine to help you handle."

"I know. It just seems like when I'm happy, you aren't. And when you're happy, I'm not. It just feels like the universe has something against the both of us being happy."

"Alex, I grew up with you. You dated Lizzie for 8 months and those entire 8 months, I've seen how much you love her. Even when you guys broke up, I could see the love in both of your eyes. You two complete each other and make each other happy. You guys were made for each other."

"Our entire relationship was built on lies." Alex said, tearing up slightly as she leant her head on Kara's shoulder.

"Maybe you should talk to her about that. Lizzie loves you, no matter what you think. No one can get in the way of your feelings for each other unless you let them."

"But what if we're getting in the way of it all. I thought Maggie was my soulmate once upon a time. Then I thought that about Lizzie. What if I'm just not meant for love?"

"Maggie is different. She was your first relationship. I thought Monel and I would end up together but look where I am now? I have feelings for another man that are stronger than feelings I've had for anyone else and I know they will last."

"I-" Alex began, before the knock of the door interrupted her.

"Coming!" Kara yelled, looking at Alex and rubbing her back before going to open the door.

Kara opened the door, seeing Lizzie on the other side, eyes red as she held the chains of her bag in both of her hands.

"Is Alex home?" Lizzie asked.

"Oh. Yeah, I think I should go and let you two talk." Kara said, slipping out of the door and leaving the door open wide enough for Lizzie to enter.

"Hey. So Lizzie is at Alex' so I sort of left them alone." Kara said, entering Barry's apartment with the key she owned.

"Just come inside, Anna is staying the night so I'm babysitting the girls." Barry said as he sat on the floor, playing with the two.

"Hi Mom!" Adelaide gleefully smiled.

"Hi Kara!" Anna smiled as well.

"Hey girls."

"Do you guys feel like watching a movie?" Kara suggested.

"Depends... what film?" Anna asked.

"Any." Kara said.

"Oh, can we watch Lion King?" Anna asked.

"Yes! Lets watch that!"

"Of course, Barry, you start the film. I'll just get some snacks for us to share." Kara said, going towards Barry's kitchen as she searched for some snacks that they could all share.

Adelaide and Anna sat on the floor, talking to each other as they ate some hula hoops crisps. Barry watched them as he opened up Disney, searching for the Lion King on it.

"Look, I have a ring." Anna said, showing her hand with the circular food around it.

"Wait, I wanna do that." Adelaide said as she put the hula hoop around her ring finger.

"I always used to do this when... Thawne... gave me hula hoop crisps." Anna said.

"A) I don't like Thawne. B) I've never done this!"  Adelaide said.

"Dad! Look at my ring!" Adelaide said, showing her hand to him.

"Wow, that's a nice ring. I remember when I used to do that." Barry chuckled.

"You had hula hoops?" Adelaide asked.

"I did." Barry smiled.

"Uncle Barry?" Anna said.

"Yeah?"

"Can we ask something?" Adelaide said, Barry nodding and moving towards them.

"When are you going to put a ring on Kara's finger?" Anna asked, whispering.

"Yeah, like the one on my hand. But a real one. On Mom's hand. Like... in Frozen 2 with Kristoff and Anna." Adelaide said.

Barry looked up towards Kara, who was waiting for the ping of the microwave. She turned to look at him, shooting him a wide smile that practically touched her eyes. Barry smiled back.

"Don't worry about that. Just know that she'll have a ring on that finger when it's time and it'll be from me and it'll stay there forever." Barry whispered.

Did he forget that Kara had superhearing? Yes. Did she hear the entire conversation? Duh. She was a blushing mess.
