This is going to be a songfic were Daryl sings to you, I highly recommend listening to the song. Its called I Walk the Line by Johnny Cash. Enjoy.

     You sat in your prison cell humming a random tube to yourself, letting time pass by. You've been really happy the past week ever since Dary, the hard ass but sweet redneck. You let out a content sigh and laid but in the not so comfortable prison matrices and closed your eyes. Taking a deep breath, you opened your eyes when you heard footsteps coming toeards your cell. Glenn peeked his head and cleared his throat.

     "(Name), Daryl wants you to meet him." Glenn smiled.

     "Okay, where is he?" You stood up and ealked towards him.

     "Outside in the courtyard." Glenn left you alone as you stretched, hearing a lot of your bones pop.

     "Well, I wonder what Darbear wants." You giggled and the nickname you had given him. It had only taken you about two minutes to reach the courtyard of the prison and there you say him, sitting in a chair with a guitar, a few lanterns around him, enough to fully illuminate him. You gasped and rushed in front of him with a questionable look.

     "Sunshine, I'm gonna sing ya a song." He stated. "Don't laugh cause I am putting my heart into this." You simply nodded as he began to strum a tune. He started to hum a bit and then he began singing.

      "I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time

     You smile happily hearing him sing to you and he gave you a crooked smile and continued singing.

     You began to recognize the song lyrics to the song Daryl was singing to you, him sing to you almost made you want to cry.

      "As sure as night is dark and day is light

     You notice Rick, Hershel, and Glenn come out from the dark holding candles up as Daryl continued with his song he chose.

     He continues playing the remaining of the instrumental part of the song before coming to a sweet end. "Whatcha think, Sunshine?" He set the guitar down and walked towards her.

      "Aww that was so sweet of you." You gushed and gave him a giant hug. Rick, Glenn, and Hershel walked passed with huge smiles. Daryl chuckled and rubbed his head against yours.

     "I love ya (Name)."

     "I love you too, DarBear."

     "Stop calling me that."

     "Never!" You giggled and walked back to your cell with Daryl.
