Nina - Edward x reader

We stared at the splatters on the wall in shock.

What the hell?

Ed collapsed to his knees and sobbed.

I could hear the pain in his voice.

Kneeling down beside him, I pulled his into a hug.

He leaned into the hug, sobbing into my shoulder.

I wrapped my arms around him tighter and gently raked my hand through his long hair.

"Nina." He sobbed.

"Sshh.. it's okay." I whispered comforting words to him as he continue to cry.

His crying eventually turned into small sniffled as he curled into my arms.

He looked up at me. His eyes were all red and puffy.

Tears stained his cheeks and his facial expression was twisted into a frown.

I leant down and rested my forehead against his.

A small smile made its way onto his face as he stared into my eyes for a few seconds.

I heard a car pull up and saw the military had arrived.

The world is so cruel. Nina didn't deserve this.

Edward pulled his forehead away from mine and nuzzled his face into my neck.

The boy clung to me tightly.

I noticed more of the military arriving.

"I don't wanna move." Ed muttered.

"Okay then."

I pulled him closer to me and stood up.

Ed was balanced on my hip and my arm was securely around his waist.

He leaned into me, wrapping his arms around my shoulders tightly.

I offered Al a small smile as I carried Edward to the truck.

Plopping down, I placed Edward down beside me.

He refused to let go and moved his hold to my waist, still leaning against me and lightly sniffling.

Someone came over and placed a blanket over our shoulders. I thanked them and they nodded before leaving.

"Thank you. I love you, N/n." Ed said quietly.

I hummed, "I love you too, shorty."

The boy huffed but didn't say anything.

No more conversation was made.

A few moments passed and I heard Ed's soft breathing.

Looking down, I noticed he had fell asleep.

A small smile appeared on my face as I stared at my cute boyfriend.
