Magic is what people need in this world. It can be Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Spacial, Time, Ice, and many more...
Footsteps were heard inside the peaceful forest, the feet touching the soft grass as if they have their freedom with it. Running free like a bird, flying away to it's cage.
They wanted to escape this torturing, abusive, and manipulative world of them.
The question is . . . Can they?
"Come back here!" knights can be seen running after the two petite and pale young girls.
"Don't look back." The taller girl said squeezing the little girl's cold hands as she scans the whole forest, looking for a route escape.
But It's hopeless.
How can a mere human like them escape this dark world?
"They're getting faster! Y/n, go. I'll stop the knights." The taller and the older one ordered the little girl. "But-" The little girl was cut off. "No more talking, Y/n. Please do this for me."
"I'll come back for you, sister!" The little girl, Y/n, said running behind a tree to hide.
"Don't hurt her! Please, take me instead. Let her be." Haru pleaded the knights as she sobs. Y/n, her sister, was uneasy seeing her sister cry. Her sister was her only hope, her parent, and her home. She can't accept this is happening. All they wanted was freedom, is it so hard to find? She scans the forest left, front, and right, and then she saw a small village peeking outside the tall and dark forest.
She ran as fast as she can, nearer and nearer.
"Help!" she shouted and pleaded for help. Not noticing the mud she was about to step on. She slipped and lost her consciousness.
Minutes later, two little boys can be found running towards the unconscious girl.
"Here, I heard it very well!" the ash-haired boy shouted. "Wait for me, Asta!" The black-haired boy said
They saw her.
Seeing her body with bruises head to toe, ripped white dress and a messy H/c hair. (If you can't choose a hair color, make it white^^)
"Look!"
"A Girl?"
"Come, help me pick her up. We should bring her to sister Lily!" The Boy, named Asta, shouted. Carrying the unconscious girl.
"O-okay, "
"Help...us.." the little girl pleaded as she saves a voice to beg for help.
". . .Us?" the black haired boy tilted his head in confusion.
"Sister Lily, help!"
"Oh my, what happened?" worried, sister Lily carried the unconscious girl towards an empty bed inside the church. "We don't know, we saw her unconscious near the forest," Yuno Said "You did a very good job, Asta, Yuno. Now, Father is looking for you. You should go now, I will take care of her." The sister said, Approaching the unconscious little girl.
A FEW HOURS LATER
It is already dark, the clock ticking can be heard.
"Where am I?"
"Oh thank the gods, you're awake!"
"Who are you?" the girl flooded the sister with questions, unsure about where she is.
"I'm Sister Lily. Asta, together with Yuno, found you laying on the ground, unconscious."
Sister Lily smiled, the nun's ethereal beauty can be seen at the dark and empty room that even Y/n can't take her eyes off. "You're so pretty." The little girl mumbled to herself, loud enough for the Nun to hear. "Thank you." The sister said Appreciating the little girl's compliment.
"But I need to go." Y/n said, worried expression was painted on her face. "What? Where are you going?" The sister asked out of curiosity, she stopped Y/n from going outside the room. "You're not fully healed yet, please stay here. It might be dangerous outside."
"Have you seen my sister?" The girl asked.
"Sister?"
"We are together in the forest... you didn't saw her? Tall girl with White long hair?"
"But Asta and Yuno found you all alone."
'That's right, I ran away. How stupid am I?'
Y/n stands up from the bed letting the bandages come undone.
"I'm going to intruduce you to Yuno and the kids. For sure they'll like you."
". . . Yuno?"
'The name sounds so familiar. . .
"Yuno, he's one of the boy who helped you."
"Why do you have these kind of bruises? may I ask what's your name?" Sister Lily grinned to the girl.
"The name is Y/n Brígh, I'm 11 years old. My sister is 14." She sat down on the bed staring at the Nun.
"Oh, you have the same age as Yuno and Asta! what's your older sister's name?"
"Celeste Brígh."
"Here, have some." sister Lily brought tatoes. The village's specialty.
"If you wouldn't mind, may I ask more about you?"
Silence
"..I'm afraid I cannot tell more information about myself, I'm really sorry." The little girl's face darkened.
But the Sister knew something was going on.
"You shouldn't be sorry, I am the one asking after all. I'll take my leave then, please rest. I'm just outside when you need help." The sister walks towards the wooden door but before she could leave, she felt a hand grabbing her wrist.
'Telling her wouldn't hurt, right?'
"We live in Spade Kingdom. Me and my sister is one of lady Vanica's servant. And for myself," The sister let the girl finish her sentence.
"I...don't know." Teal colored orbs met the e/c ones.
"Spade?" The Sister's eyes widened. "You traveled so far."
"Err...may I know where did you met Yuno?"
"He was found in the front of the church, but we don't have any information where he came from. why did you ask?"
"Does he have a blue pendant?"
"Yes, how did you know?"
"Nothing, he's just quite familiar."
That's him.
"Oh, okay then, I'll leave you here. Call me when you need something."
"Okay." The little girl nodded
Y/n stands on the top of the bed searching for the twinkling stars.
