I don't know how long I had been asleep but it must have been a while because when I woke up it was dark and the sun was just rising when I fell asleep. I turned my head to the left and saw Nat but she must not have noticed that I am ok but she was holding my hand so I gave it a gently squeeze and she whipped her head and relished I am awake ruby baby your up are you ok do you need a drink are you in pain can I help in any way I don't think I had ever heard someone ask so many questions so quickly but I know its just because she is concerned about me so I answer the best I can ok babe you need to breath 1 yes a drink would be nice please 2 I'm in a little bit of pain but its ok and finally you help me every day but I'm ok right now but thank you after that it seemed like Nat was ok and give me a hug something I had definitely missed in my time with hydra.

Nats pov

Ruby was awake and seemed to be recovering faster than any of use would have hope for but no one know how to break the news that the mikealson found her and want to meet her or that hope helped heal her but I know we have to. ruby babe there is something we need to try you but please keep calm I asked as I moved her to be in my arms so I could sooth her Ill try Nat what has happened is someone hurt no everyone is ok and glad to have you back but its something we knew would happen but hoped it never would the mikealson have found you and there here in new York and want to meet you the second the name mikealson passed my lip I felt her heart rate go up as did her breathing and it was like she was locked in a memory. But I know she will be ok so I just talk to her.

No no no please Im happy dont let them have found me as soon as she said that all the thing they did to me flashed over and over the first punch mean word push and everything else they did some time later not sure how long I finally spook I need to leave Im sorry I love you so much but I cant let then have me ever again ill never forget you and kissed her goodbye
