Chapter 14: The Catch up

"Yah!" Jennie shouts as she threw a crumpled paper to Lisa

"I'm kidding! I'm kidding!" Lisa said raising both of her hands up. "Look, all I'm saying is that I've never seen her act towards anyone the same way as when she's with you. God, you even have nicknames for each other. Chichu and Jendeukie? I mean seriously, what the hell is that?" she continued

Jennie can't help but laugh a little.

"Well she decided to call me Jendeukie because according to her I'm too clingy"

"Oh Really? You're clingy??" Lisa points to her own face "Yeah this is me looking surprised" she continued while trying to maintain a poker face.

Jennie scoffed "I. am. Not!"

"Oh come on! That's not news unnie. You really are clingy. But just to her. Why the hell would you even make that nickname chichu anyways if you're not trying to do some aegyo just to get her to give you some time"

"Oh just shut up" Jennie said as she glared at Lisa

Rosie was packing her bag as she gets ready to go home for the weekend while Jisoo was busy putting on light make up before she meets up with her childhood best friend.

"What time are you meeting up with Soojoo unnie?" Rosie asked Jisoo as she puts her backpack onto her shoulder ready to leave

"10:30, we're having brunch" Jisoo answered

"Okay, have fun! I have to leave now unnie but please say hi to her for me, I haven't seen her in years!" Rosie said as she gave Jisoo a hug

"Okay I will, take care Chaeyoungie! See you on Monday!"

"See you!" Rosie said before closing the door

Jisoo was extremely excited to see her best friend and as soon as she entered the restaurant she immediately saw the girl sitting on a booth looking at the menu. A wide smile formed on her face as she approached the girl excitedly

"Soojoo!" She called excitedly while walking towards the booth

"Jisoo!" The girl said just as excited as Jisoo as she stood up to meet Jisoo with a hug.

"It's been so long. God I've missed you so much" Soojoo said after they broke the hug

"I've missed you too" Jisoo said as they both took their seats

"So you're moving here to the city?" Jisoo asked

"Yeah! I've got a job here and I've also found a nice place. I'm moving in on Monday!" The girl said while smiling widely

"That's good! Are you excited?" Jisoo asked

"Yeah I am. Though I'm also a bit worried. I mean, I'm technically new here in the City and don't know that much people yet. But at least you're here and that means we could also see each other more often and that just makes me even more excited!"

"Yeah! And you can definitely hang out with me and my friends! Oh by the way, Chaeng says hi"

"Chaeyoung! How is she? Are you still roommates? I haven't seen her in so long"

"Yeah we still are. She's still the same softie that you knew" Jisoo chuckled

The two girls spent the entire day catching up and updating each other with their lives. Jisoo updated Soojoo with everything that happened to her the past few months and of course she told her about Lisa and Jennie but mostly about Jennie. The other girl was quite curious as to who Jennie was as she never seen Jisoo talked about someone this much.
