Chapter 28

I came home from school it was Friday night. There was Alexander he was drunk again for the millionth time this week.
"Emma and Gabriella were the hell have you been?" Alexander asked.
"We have been at school dad." Gabby said.
"Well miss Emma I got a call from school saying you got in a fight."
"What. No that's a lie." I said.
"Are you calling me a liar." He said
back angrily.
"Sofia can you believe this girl she's calling me a liar."
"I didn't."
"I don't know how Cameron runs things but here we don't talk back to each other."
"I didn't call him a liar." I mumbled.
She slapped me right in the face.
"I hate you I'm leaving."
"Emma you leave this house you will be homeless."
"I went upstairs and packed up all my stuff. I grabbed my rented car keys of the counter and left the house Gabby came running after me.
"Emma I'm coming with you."
"No your not stay here"
"No."
"Gabby please. For me."
"Fine." She said.
"Thank you."
I got in the car and drove away I was halfway to the airport when it happened I was driving through a green light and I was t-boned which means I was hit in the side by another driver.
All I remember is going through the hospital alone.
Cameron's P.O.V
I was having dinner with the guys when I got a phone call from Gabriella.
"Guys I gotta take this its my cousin Gabby."
"Hello." I said.
"Cameron its Gabby. Emma's been in a car accident."
"Wait. What. Is she okay?"
"Not really her and my horrible parents got in a fight and they slapped her she stormed out. she went out for a drive and got t-boned by a drunk driver. the doctors haven't really told us anything. you need to get down here Cameron
I'm scared."
"Okay I'll get on the next flight to Chicago."
I hung up the phone and packed a few articles of clothing.
"Yo Cam everything alright?" Matt asked.
"No. Emma's been in a car accident."
"Wait. what I'm coming with you." Matt said.
"Okay. Fine. Call your parents we could be gone for about a week."
"Keep us updated." Jack G said.
"I will"
Matt got up and grabbed his coat we got in the car and drove to the airport.
"When's the next flight to Chicago?"
"1 week." I said.
"Is there any earlier flight?" Matt asked.
"Sorry it's all booked."
"Look you don't understand my sisters been in a horrible car accident and they don't know if she's gonna live. Please."
"Okay come with me." She took us to the terminal going to Chicago.
"Go on."
"Thank you." I said.
" My love to your sister."
"Thank you."
We got in the plane and sat down.
I couldn't wait to see my sister.
