I'm 17 today! I got up and got dressed.

I did some light makeup and brushed my teeth. I curled the ends of my hair and went down for breakfast.
"Happy Birthday Miss!" - Betty said loudly
"Thank you Betty!" - I hugged her
"Ok, Betty. You outdid yourself this time. This all looks amazing."
"Only the best for you." - she smiled
"Umm... where are mom and dad?"
"Well... they had a big meeting today. They had to go..."
"It's fine. Not like they showed up on any of my birthdays..."
"I'm sorry miss... Enjoy your breakfast!"
"Oh Betty, come here. Eat with me."
"I really shouldn't..."
"Please?"
"Oh ok, sure." - she smiled
We enjoyed breakfast and I went upstairs.
My phone started ringing.
"Hello?"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BITCH!" - Pansy screamed over the phone
"hahah Thank you so much! At least someone remembered."
"What do you mean?"
"Oh, you know my parents, another meeting that's more important than their own daughter."
"I'd come over if it was closer..."
"It's ok, I know. I'll see you next week anyway."
"K, I have to go. Byee! Have fun!"
"I will. Bye."
I put my phone on my bed and took a book. I was reading for a while and my phone rang again.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING!"
"Draco! Thank you so much love."
"You're welcome. So what are you going to do today. Anything special?"
"Oh idk. Nothing much probably."
"I can come over. We have some floor powder."
"No, it's fine. Enjoy your time without me, cuz when I come back you won't get rid of me easily."
"K. Whatever you say. Hey someone wants to tell you happy birthday."
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUMBASS!"
"Omg thank you, Blaise, you remembered!" - I laughed
"Haha. Very funny. You know I never forget your birthday. Your presents should arrive soon."
"Omg, you didn't have to get me anything. Thanks."
