ava stumbled out of her bed and into the kitchen, clay was sitting on the couch, as he always is, cuddling lucky.
"morning, sleepyhead!" he cheered.
"it's 9am, why are you up?" she mumbled back.
"that's the time normal people get up, a." he said trying to hold back a laugh.
"that's the time wrongens get up." she scoffed.

ava had a special way of somehow making every conversation turn into an insult. clay wasn't really sure how she managed it but she did. ever since they were little, no matter what he said, she'd have a comeback for it.

"so is nick awake yet? i saw your issue on twitter." he asked.
"no, i gave up on trying to get more space." she shrugged, pouring herself a cup of coffee, "want one?"
"no i had one earlier."
"EARLIER? how long have you been up?" she whisper yelled.
"since 7." he responded.
"you're a weirdo."

"he's awake now." clay chuckles putting his phone down.
"how do you know?" she questioned, sipping on her drink.
"twitter."
"oh." she said, looking on her phone then giggling, "all girls are the same." she repeated.
"they are!" sapnap argued walking out the bedroom.
"whatever you say, pretty boy." she giggled.
"all you guys do is flirt." clay huffed.
"we are like you are george." sapnap shrugged.
"yeah but we actually acted on our feelings." ava teased.
"yeah yeah, ok." clay laughed.

sapnap made them all breakfast and ava stole lucky from clay claiming "it's my cat, bring your own you little cat stealing gremlin."
none of them had noticed yet but the fact that ava and sapnap had just admitted to sleeping in the same bed sent some stans crazy. even though they were both adults, and friends shared the same bed all the time.

"clay what is that tweet?" ava managed to let out between laughs.
"i'm trying to fit in with the fans." he smiled.
"you're doing a terrible job." sapnap joked.
"whatever." he scoffed jokingly.

they all sat around the living room joking about how easy it was to drive the fans insane. it really didn't take a lot.

later that night they all started to stream on the dream smp, no lore just messing about, tommy and tubbo were also on and joined their vc.

"AVA WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT?" tommy yelled,
"what?" she spoke softly.
"YOU ARE STANDING STARING AT ME, FULL NETHERITE ARMOUR HOLDING YOUR SOWRD!"
"oh sorry," she giggled, "i was talking to chat."
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO KILL ME."
"well if that's the case-" she said before killing him.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" he yelled, tubbo, sapnap and dream laughing.
"whoops, finger slipped." she giggled.
puffy was now spamming "cannon" in the chat.

tommyinnit was slain by avaiscrying

tommyinnit > NOT CANNON STOP IT

"YOUR FINGER SLIPPED?" he yelled, "MY FOOTS GONNA SLIP RIGHT UP YOUR ASS!"
"tommy!" tubbo interrupted, "be nice."
"no." he huffed before leaving the vc.
"and he wonders why we call him the child." dream wheezed.
"he's so entertaining." sapnap said.
"you guys don't have to put up with him as much as me." tubbo sighed.
"it's ok tubbs, you do a great job." ava smiled.
"thank you!"

they spoke for a little bit before tubbo left as it was getting late for him and he had school the next day.

"i do not miss school." ava stated.
"you skipped it all the time." dream pointed out.
"yeah, cause i hated it." she shrugged.
"you skipped school?" sapnap asked.
"frequently." she deadpanned, "got all A's though so they can't give me in trouble that much."
"nerd." sapnap mumbled.
"ava you spent the entire time in school messing about in class, how did you do so well?" dream asked.
"i'm not sure."
"chat let me tell you something, our school did this thing where if you misbehaved, you'd be sent to another classroom usually filled with older kids. and for those who don't know me and ava went to the same school and i was 2 years above her. she would constantly be put in my class and she'd just sit next to me and talk the whole time." dream explained.
"yeah wasn't much of a punishment, i just got to talk with my best friend." she laughed, "don't follow my lead guys, pay attention in school."
"yeah." the two boys agreed.
