"you could literally die every 10 fucking seconds!"
she's getting yelled again, it wasn't chaeryoung's fault she was scared. but all that yuna wants is for her to overcome that fear. so who's gonna own the fault?
"if you die tomorrow and goes to heaven and sees it, you'll gonna regret not coming with me and–"
"yuna, that's nonsense" chaeryoung chuckled at her. no, yuna wasn't mad, either she's confused.
"chae, kill me if the view's ugly. i dare you" said the smiling girl, offering her hands at chaeryoung, expecting to be accepted. "it's going to be fine"
"i know it's beautiful up there, but girl, it's almost dark. there's mosquitoes up that mountain!" she reasoned but for yuna she's being unreasonable.
she's gonna keep smiling and force her though. "7 times. 7 times i told you about this already," she tried to sound calm, not wanting to hurt chaeryoung. "it's gonna be okay" yuna softly said.
"yuna– what if... i fall?" yuna just laughed, that's so cute.
"then you do. but if you just gonna trust us, we'll gonna make it up there" chaeryoung melted at how soft and caring yuna's voice is. she definitely chose the right woman.
"if i fall, i will fucking grab your feet and make you fall with me 'til we reach the end of this mountain" chaeryoung replied, making the of them laughed then didn't argue anymore.
the twilight vibe makes it even exciting as chaeryoung finally agreed to what yuna was planning to do.
all the way to the top, chaeryoung was silent– nervous to be exact, she can't hide it to yuna.
"it's okay, chaeryoung" how she wishes to hear that everytime, every fucking time. yuna knows that and just held her hand, really telling her it's okay.
chaeryoung couldn't handle the way yuna's voice made her felt safe.
"you don't have anything to worry about" reassured yuna, smiling sweetly, holding her so tight.
and so they made it.
it was beautiful, seeing all the houses, the almost dark sky and feeling the cold air.
but you know everything that's beautiful always ends.
this beautiful view ended in chaeryoung eyes, it was destroyed.
she hates it.
"for 7 fucking years. please help me to be okay, yuna. we could've achieve our dreams together if i–" chaeryoung stopped and sobbed. "if i just didn't force you to come here with me"
this mountain where everything that beautiful dies, she's alone, sitting. still trying to forgive herself.
"it's okay" a voice whispered into her ear.
"n-no, it's not. you're not supposed to fall and just... leave me" she responded to the voice she hadn't been able to hear for the past 7 years.
"this mountain! fuck! fuck!" chaeryoung stood up and started kicking the ground as her tears fell down.
"you're not supposed to die!" she yelled again. it wasn't chaeryoung's fault and yuna wants her to know that.
"for the seventh time, forgive yourself"
