Dad and I pulled up at the Avengers building. I was driving, having acquired my driver's license, and Dad rolled down the window to see Steve. "Let us guess." Dad started. "He turned into a baby." I finished. "Among other things, yeah. What are you two doing here?" He asked. "That's the EPR Paradox. Instead of pushing Lang through time, -" "- you might've wound up pushing time through Lang. It's tricky. Dangerous. Somebody should've cautioned you against it." Dad finished. "You did." Steve replied. "Oh, did I? Thank God I'm here. Regardless, I fixed it. A fully functioning Time-Space GPS. I just want peace. Turns out, resentment is corrosive, and I hate it." He smirked. "Dad, the present." I reminded. He pulled out a shield from the boot. "Here, Captain." Captain hesitated. "Come on, I've got to take it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding." "Actually Dad, she did that a week ago. I had to polish it so you wouldn't find out." I revealed. "Too late then. Listen. We got a shot at getting these stones, but I gotta tell you my priorities: Bring back what we lost? I hope, yes. Keep what I got? I have to, at all costs. And... maybe not die trying will be nice." "Agreed." This will be an interesting journey.

I stood outside Thor's door, talking to Valkyrie. I heard clattering from inside. "That must be my cue. Nice to meet you, Valkyrie." I grinned, and walked in.
"Thor." Thor looked up and saw me. "Lady Amber! It's great to see you again!" He chuckled, coming to hug me, but my powers held him back. He didn't look his best right now. "You need to join us." I started. "We have a chance to fix what Thanos-" "Do not say his name." Thor growled. "Look, Thor. He killed Heimdall, Loki, I know. But he also took the people closest to me. He almost murdered my dad! He took Peter from me, too. I don't want to say his name either, but now we have a chance to say it without cowering in fear. We can fix what he did. Please."
"There's beer on the ship."
