Loving From A Distance is loving without words for what seems like longer than it is. We miss people when we love from a distance. We worry but sometimes remain distant. What keeps us from them? I would guess fear, pride, anxiety, social anxiety, thinking of what to say are a few popular responses.
Can you remember calling anyone for no reason just to see what they plan to do with their day or week or to invite them to talk about family and friends. The thought of calling someone and initiating contact out of the blue doesn't have to come with the same old insecurities and fears. I would bet that you have a few friends and maybe even lots of family that have been thinking of calling you but like you, the thoughts of what to say and insecurities tie their own hands.
I learned that contentment is best. Whatever they said nice would be appreciated and not awkward, unwanted or poorly spoken. I love them. When they get their chance I will share my love.
