"She's swears he's different with her."

"Maybe so, but that doesn't change the fact that she didn't even consider our friendship which means she never really cared."

"I'm sorry."

"Doesn't matter, she's happy and so am I."

Victor smiled, sitting up and pulling Andy back into his arms.

"Are you?"

"Yes, very and you?"

"Over the moon, you make me very happy."

Andy smiled up at him giving him a kiss which Victor took to another level.

"Good luck."

With his signature smirk he picks up his things and walks out to an awaiting car.

"Did you find her?"

The driver then handed him a magazine.

"She's been busy since you've been gone."

"Then let's go pay her a visit."

"As you wish."

"I'll be there I promise."

"Okay, well I'm leaving so I'll see you there."

"Think positive, I love you."

Andy was upset, Victor had promised to be there with her, but he was stuck up north at the vineyard.

Taking her things, she went down to the awaiting car and got in without a second thought.

"Court house please."

The driver started the car and began driving as Andy plugged in her headphones and tried to focus on the music she received from the studio. It wasn't until the driver made the wrong turn.

"Sir, you're going the wrong way."

But the driver wasn't listening to her and kept driving.

"Sir! Sir! You're going the wrong way!"

Andy began to panic, trying her door, but it was locked.

"Let me out!"

It was then that the driver turned and lifted his glasses.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Andy looked up at him and froze.

"No... no... no!"

He just laughed and started driving again.

Austin was getting pissed, they were waiting for her and the judge was getting mad himself.

"Where is she?"

"She was on her way your honor."

"Well if she's not here in five minutes I'm starting without her."

Five minutes later....

"Very well Mr. Caldwell it seems as if Ms. Anderson doesn't care for her daughter, so I'm awarding you full custody. Congratulations."

Austin should have been happy, but something told him something was wrong.

"Call your father, I'm calling Andy."

"Okay, but what do you think happened?"

Austin turned to Andy's lawyer.

"Where does Andy live?"

"Just twenty ten minutes from here, I don't understand why she didn't make it."

"I need her address."
