Chapter Five

We both stood there looking at each other even after Bridget left, but the difference between the both of us was that, he had this aura around him, while he stood tall, strong and proud, I looked like I was about to faint

Suddenly my head began to fill heavy, then dark spots came in sight, I was having a panic attack, I was so frightened and terrified that I didn't notice that I was holding my breath

"If you will please excuse me" I managed to croak, and staggering out of my sit towards my bathroom

"Breathe, breathe" I kept telling myself, trying to boost my morale

After some minutes of staying in the bathroom, I decided that it was time I left the room if I didn't want to answer any more questions that were supposed to be asked

"Finally, you grace me with your presence, your majesty" he said being sarcastic

"I am sorry" I replied curtly

"I am sure you are" he rolled his eyes

"Well, what brings you here?" going to business mode already

"Why does a person come to an event planner?" he asked

"To plan an event" I replied

"Very correct, so I want you to help me plan my wedding, well my cousin wants you to plan my wedding" he said gauging me to see my reaction

"It would be my pleasure" I replied with a smile on my face

"I can't start with the process without my fiancée" he stated

"Yes that's very true" I replied

"You can schedule an appointment" I added

"Okay" he said

"So are you married?" he asked, staring into my soul

"No I am not married, why?" I asked even though I knew why

"Well, seeing the fact that you have a child" he looked behind, at the picture of Tany and I took some months back

"No I am not married, I don't have to be married to have a child, do I?" I asked

"No you don't, she is beautiful" he smiled

"Thank you" I smiled

"Are you divorced" great he just had to ruin the moment, I thought

"No" I replied

He just sat there looking at me, and then I knew what he wanted to ask me

"Yes it was I one night stand, but I don't see it as a one night stand, I love Tany and I don't regret birthing her" I said, with a tiny smile playing on my lips

"That's very nice to hear, what did your family say about it?"

"Are you a therapist?" I asked

"Because you having being asking question since forever"

"And you have being answering" he said

"I am not answering you anymore" I stated

"Yes you will" he ordered

"Whatever makes you sleep at night" I rolled my eyes

"Whatever, I am leaving" he stood

"Okay, so when will I be meeting your fiancée?"

"In two weeks time" he replied

"Okay" I replied, with that he walked out of my office

RYDER'S POV

When my cousin called and told me that she would be taking me to her wedding planner I wasn't in any way excited about it, come to think of it I wasn't even happy with prospect of having to get married, my soon to be married life was

When I told my boys about I they laughed at me saying that I was joking, nut when my cousin confirmed it some months back they believed, my parents had been trying to get me married soon but I had been stalling, but now I guess I couldn't any more

After this meeting I was sure to get some booze
