Zinnia slid in the car, shivering from the crisp winter air. Her body started to calm from the change in heat. Looking in the back, she saw Moriah soundly sleeping in his car seat with an open book in his hands.

"Hi, baby!" She smiled, looking at Zymeir. She didn't give him a chance to respond as she leaned over the console, pressing her lips to his.

"Wassup, Zinny?" He spoke, noticing her chirpy mode.

"I'm off for four days straight! Imagine the sleep I can catch up on; Moe's out of school, so we can go do things. I have to stay up and bake tonight, but that's nothing...I just get to spend time with my love bugs," she happily smiled as she pulled her seat belt over her chest.

"You excited?" He asked, chuckling a little.

"Hell yea. Such a relief." He smirked at her response as he lifted her hand, pressing a kiss onto it before pulling off.

"Get all the sleep you need, baby."

She nodded in response because she already planned on doing that. Leaning up, she grabbed the aux cord, connecting it to her phone. Soon the beat to Fuck Boy by Trina started playing through the speakers.

"Six in the mornin' nigga at my door, I'm tryna figure out what he out there for," Zinnia began to mumble along to the lyrics while scrolling her Instagram for the perfect filter.

"Last time I seen him, he was talkin' shit. Found out his new girl can't suck no dick!"  This time, she sang along to the song clearly. Zymeir's eyes drifted towards her as he stopped at the red light. "Hit the intercom ain't let him in, pussy nigga lucky I ain't fuck his friends."

She continued to sing the lyrics for about a minute before Zymeir turned the radio down lowly, grabbing her attention. "You like that shit, huh?" He asked her with a raised eyebrow.

She began to laugh at his tone. "What you mean? I'm singing." The look on her face seemed like she was genuinely confused, but Zymeir knew what she was doing.

"'Yous a fuck boy-fuck boy, my bitch been said it' who you singing about?" He asked, mocking the lyrics, causing her to laugh harder. "I'm for real," he nodded, paying attention to the road.

Zinnia blushed sheepishly before telling him, "nobody. Got a new nigga I ain't even gotta sweat it," she said using him as an example of the 'new nigga'.

"You playing like I won't beat somebody ass about you."

"I know you will," Zinnia couldn't help, but smile hard. She'd played the song just to see if he would say anything. "So did you guys find any apartments he's interested in?" She asked while slipping off her shoes. Her feet were throbbing from walking on them all day.

"He found some last night. I put in an application for one today while we was up there."

"What does it look like?"

He shrugged because they hadn't seen it in person. "It's a basic two bedroom from the looks of it so far." Nodding, she understood where he was coming from.

"What else did yall do today?" Zymeir began to excitedly spill his day out with Moriah from getting books at the library, getting new shoes at the mall, going out for lunch, teaching him how to say "hello" in Spanish and so much more.

The sounds of her light snores got his attention. He looked over to see her sleep with the signature small pout written over her face. "Girl done fell asleep while I was talking."

Popping the cap back on the stick, Alina sat it infront of her. She grabbed the red Solo cup, emptying its contents into the toilet then flushed it, watching it disappear.
