This is not a sequel to the other chapter. I literally had two different ideas and was suppose to pick one to post and the other would be lost in my WIPs until another time. I enjoyed them both so much and asked Tumblr what to do. They suggested I post both.

Marinette smiled as she walked with Damian through the Paris Zoo. She knew he wasn't fond of the caged animals, but she'd point out the foundations that could be donated to and he would always take note. She knew behind his cold exterior, he was soft for animals of all sorts.

Half way through their date, they heard people screaming. Kim flew passed them and screamed 'Run!' They turned to see a black panther growling at them.

Damian immediately pushed Marinette behind him. He glared at the panther and used his energy as his mother had taught him. The panther froze at the blood lust radiating off the human in front off it. She lowered her head to him and kept still.

Damian took three steps forwards and pet her head. The panther began to purr. She rolled over and showed her belly to the alpha in front of her.

Marinette heard the jingling of keys and turned to see Alya's father rushing towards them with a tranquilizer gun.

"Shhhh!" she shushed him.

He froze and took in the sight before him. His panther was showing her belly to a young man. He couldn't believe she trusted this young man enough to do so.

"That is unnecessary." Damian growled, glaring at the gun.

"It is." Otis argued.

"It's not." he stated, "Where is her cage?"

Otis pointed in the direction of her cage. As the young man stood up, the panther rolled over and stood by his side. He held out his hand to Marinette and placed the other on the panther's back. As they got to her cage, she rubbed against the couple's legs and licked his hand. He patted her head once more and she walked into the cage without question.

Damian turned to the zookeeper and stated, "She's going to need a lot more meat. She's pregnant; Congratulations." and closed the cage.

Marinette just smiled as they walked away, leaving the park stunned.

On the way out, Mari looked through the gift shop and found a black panther plush she adored. Damian stared at his girlfriend, questioning her judgement.

"To remind me of how amazing you are, everyday." Marinette blushed, as she held it close.

The zoo staff watched as the fearless boy's ears began to turn bright red and quickly turned away from the girl. His date tilted her head, confused. The staff looked at each other and smiled, as he moved to grab his wallet.

"Oh, go ahead and take it." one lady suggested.

"It's the least we can do after your date helped us out today." the other lady smiled.

"Are you sure?" the girl questioned.

"Yes." they replied.

Marinette smiled, "I can't wait to see the panther cubs. Do you think we can come back and see them, Dami?" as they walked out of the store.

"I would like that very much." he smiled.

Kim gulped as he watched Damian and Marinette exit the zoo. As he walked back towards the panther cage, he pouted. The panther snarled at him almost immediately. It was official: Damian Wayne was the scariest thing he had ever seen and he had seen Marinette's mother pissed off. He shivered at the though of them ever teaming up.

He quickly left the zoo and began to warn the others. They all laughed at him until Damian's heroic act made the front papers.

Damian hated the attention. In Gotham, they knew to leave him alone. In Paris, it was like they didn't know about personal boundaries. A well placed glare and a broken pencil made them all back off. The one thing he was glad to see was that Lila Rossi had remained silent all morning.

Damian rolled his eyes as his phone began to ring. He pulled it out and saw his father calling him.

"Father." he greeted.

"Damian Wayne, what were you thinking?" Bruce questioned, feeling a headache coming on.

"I had it under control. You forget I lived with Mother." Damian replied.

Bruce sighed, "You can't bring it home."

"I didn't keep it. I led her to her cage and informed them that she was pregnant." Damian responded.

"You can't have a panther cub." Bruce stated.

Damian looked over to Marinette who giggled silently and mouthed 'I told you.'

"Very well." he sighed, "Is that all? I have class."

"I'm glad you both are safe." Bruce spoke.

"You doubt my ability to keep My Angel safe?" Damian questioned.

"No." Bruce stated, "I doubt your ability not to leave a blood bath should anything happen to her."

"Then we're on the same page, Father." Damian spoke, as Marinette handed him a new pencil.

"Bye, Damian." Bruce spoke, "Give my best to Marinette."

"I will. Bye, Father." Damian said, before hanging up the phone.

Damian looked over to Mari.

"I told you he would call." Marinette smiled.

"You did, Angel." Damian sighed.

The class was stunned silent. Apparently, Bruce's only worry was their safety and Damian, eventually, going on a murder spree if Mari got hurt. They subtly glanced over to see Lila had gone pale.

Four months had passed before they realized that something had changed with Lila.

"Lila?" called Mylene, "Some of us noticed that you don't tell us about your trips or the amazing people you know, anymore."

"Yeah. Why is that?" asked Alix.

"I lied about everything." Lila announced.

"What?" the people questioned.

"I lied." she stated, rolling her eyes, "I've never left Paris and I certainly don't know celebrities like Jagged Stone or Clara Nightingale."

They class was shocked and devastated.

"Why are you telling us this, now?" asked Kim.

"Are you kidding me? I don't want Damian Wayne to sic his pet panther on me!" Lila cried.

"So....Marinette was telling us the truth?" piped up Rose, "You were lying the whole time?"

"Since I moved here. Is that all? I have work I have to make up." she stated, walking away.

The class was left speechless as they came to grips about exiling a friend from their lives. Out of the corner of their eyes, they noticed Marinette and Damian walking out of school.

"Ready to see the cubs?" Damian asked.

"Yes! I can't believe that Alya's father called you to help with the delivery and you didn't call me!" Mari complained.

"Panthers are solitary creatures. Especially, a queen when she gives birth." Damian stated.

"Fine." Marinette pouted.

Damian pulled her close and kissed her forehead, "You'll be a magnificent queen by my side."

Marinette buried her blushing face into the side of his arm as they walked away.
