Kathryn's pov
"I still can't get over the fact that Matt Donovan was able to pull Elena" Adam comments as he absentmindedly eats his take-out, I send him a look.
"Neither can anyone else" I reply, but Adam carries on with his tangent
"Like she's like a nine and he's a three and that's being generous" He pushes
"Ok I think you've made your po-" I go to say but once again get cut off, I sigh loudly
"Like he's a total loser and he somehow got a smoking hot girlfriend like that, I'm saying he either had dirt on her or she was heavily drugged or hypnotised when they were dating" Adam rambles
"Alright I get it, you don't like Matt Donovan nobody does so you aren't special" I say finally shutting up his tangent about Matt freaking Donovan
"I just had to get that off my chest, it was eating away at me" Adam replies, I roll my eyes at him but smile
"Geez and here's me thinking that I take this show too seriously" I tease him, he knocks against my shoulder
"I take offence to that, you were literally on your knees sobbing and struggling to breathe all because a character you liked died" He jokes, I playfully glare at him but don't argue his point (What? these people are more than just characters to me, they're like family) we continue watching a few more episodes and finally finish Season One (Hallelujah only five more seasons to go until we get to my baby Kai ahhh!).
"Man I thought Elena was hot but damn Katherine is on a whole other level" Adam comments I give him a look and he stares back
"What, Elena looks like she's sweet but Katherine would be all fire and passion" He replies, I continue to stare at him in disbelief.
"I think you need to get laid" I comment, he raises his eyebrows at me and smirks.
"Are you offering?" He asks, I glare
"No" I bluntly reply, he playfully sulks, I then remember that Adam could actually be useful for something (I know shocker right?).
"Oh, could you come up to my room for a minute?" I ask, Adam smirks
"Wow you changed your mind quickly" He jokes, I narrow my eyes at him in confusion then it dawns on me what he said.
"No I didn't mean it like that, I thought you might be useful for something" I answer as I pull him upstairs and into my room where I show him the dilemma.
"What is it?" He asks as he stares at the packaging, I sigh loudly
"It's my new T.V it got it delivered today and I was wondering if you could help me set it up" I clarify, Adam gives me a look as if I was stupid.
"What?" I ask him
"You do know I'm an actor, not a handyman right?" He questions rhetorically
"Oh I'm sorry I thought you were actually able to do something other than standing around and looking pretty on film" I hit back, Adam smirks my way
"So you admit that I'm pretty" Adam points out, I shake my head
"It's a metaphor" I deny
"You still said I'm pretty" Adam hits back
"That's beside the point I'm saying are you useful for anything other than that" I argue
"Of course I am, I can put a t.v up on a wall and look pretty" Adam replies with a smirk, I roll my eyes
