↳Escape of the Palisman {2}

uncontrollably we we're bumping on trees. As we got hit by a big one, we ended up falling on the ground. Me, willow and gus ended up landing on some bushes as Luz fell flatly on the floor. "oh.. Is everyone okay??" Luz asked getting up helping me.

My sweater was hanging above. I was wearing my regular clothes since they were layered under the sweater.

I then helped willow and gus up. "huh?" Luz gasped "Oh no! oh no no no!" She yells as I looked in front, Owlbert was flying away "Owlbert come back!!" She yelled again.

It was then a chase. "Why was Owlbert flying away!" I asked as we continued to run "I-.. he had a huge scar on his head, Its probably my fault! Owlbert!" Luz calls.

Owlbert went in some dark trees, some spiderwebs on the area. We were panting feeling exhausted "man humans can run!" Gus breaths out "must be their dorsal things.."

"He went through those trees" I pointed "C'mon!" Before Luz could go in, I grabbed her hand "We have to be careful! It's really easy to get lost in these parts of the forest" I said "This is Eda's palace man Y/n! she'll kill me if we don't get it back! Lets go!"

My brows curled up as I had a sad face on me.

We then walked in "wow..! I keep on stepping on a lot of crunchy twigs..!" Willow whispered "those are bones willow.." I said looking at her "Not if I never look down" Willow said looking up.

There was then a fast movement which made us flinch. we then stuck with each other closely.

"This Isn't any kind of forest were used too" Luz held my hand as she poked some webs. "That's because this isn't a forest.!" willow puts a hand on my shoulder as we all looked down.

"It's a nest!" she whispered.

"Hey I remember you! you're bat queens babies" Luz said "The babies Eda and King looked after!" I added. The babies then screamed. sounded like they had a soar throat.

"Wait. The bat queen??" Gus asked terrified "I- think I'd rather take me chances with Eda" willow said backing away.

Luz walks towards the babies "Uh were looking for a little owl and.." right infront was Owlbert. "There he is!" Luz says.

But when Owlbert saw Luz. He was scared and backed away in the dark shade "Owlbert thank goodness your okay! Come here buddy!" Luz told the owl.

"Time to go home"

But then. No other than the huge queen, stepped infront. We all gasped as the queen walked closer "hello small human" The queen looked at Luz.

The queen breaths heavily "I-Its the-.." willows voice cracked "the bat queen we know, we kinda babysat they're kids once" I said as willow and Gus hid behind me.

"Don't worry I got this" luz says confidentially "hiya bq! (Bat queen) my! Your hair is looking greasy and your kids!. They're as hideous as ever!"

We stared at Luz. She just really said that, alright were doomed. "You know? That could have gone worse" gus said.

The bat queen growled in anger. Luz nervously laughed "Soo hah..Owlbert ran away and I need to get him back.. I'm just gonna grab him and we'll be on our way-"
