Plot: Despite being born of Stuart blood, Mary Stuart was the wife of the greatest man the world has ever known, Lorenzo de Medici The Magnificent. Lorenzo did not understand the importance of having a wife until he was to lead the Medici family, until Mary came to Florence, and until their affections grew and grew until it bloomed into love, once more. The Medici family are tested at every corner and Mary, learning to be a Medici along the way, grows stronger by each passing day, remaining by her husband's side, no matter what happened. Mary ends up entangling herself far more into the dark side to Florence. It's history. It's people. It's political rule. She learn things that she thought was not possible, and worse, Mary get entangled between the Pazzi and Medici family feud.
As Mary learns the life and ways of the Medici bank and being a wife to Lorenzo de Medici, Mary also figures out ways to use her influence on Lorenzo for the greater good of the family and Florence, with some help from a certain Orsini friend and a Golden boy.
Will Mary and Lorenzo save Florence with their marriage and political urge to save the Medici family before it's too late? Or will the Medici family perish for once and for all, leaving their lives into the hands of the Pazzi's?
