Chapter 2

Raven pov-

A year later

On Ginger’s birthday the first day of being a vampire, she discovered her power it’s Retrocognition She can discern the past and past events using various means, usually entering a trance while seeing and hearing a noted past event, whether it be concerning themselves or of an unfamiliar lineage in a past occurrence. Occasionally spontaneous. She saw my past and what happened to me right before I turned into a vampire. She gave me a big hug. She a hugger.  We had saved two other girls form rapist. It felt good saving hem too. Ginger and I decided to start are own coven.  Lexi has brown hair she is tall and is a little clueless but she is sweet. Melody has blonde hair she is short, shy and polite.  Lexi is 19 and her power is Teleportation the Ability to move from one place to another without occupying the space in between. Melody is our newest member she is 18 Animal control  the Ability to communicate with animals, birds and even aquatic creatures and get them to perform tasks on command. I was the leader since I’m older and Ginger was the second in command, but Ginger and I would not boss them around we didn’t believe in that. The vow we go by goes like this;

 

I vow not to harm my  family, my coven members with my power. We respect each other. I will only use my power over self defense against other vampire outside our coven, and use my power for a greater good. Family stick’s together…

I have never seen the movie Grease so Ginger was making me watch it. We were at the part where the guys where dancing and singing on the car. When Ginger left to get another bottle of blood when there was a crash from the kitchen. Lexi, Melody and I were there in a split second. There was blood and glass on the floor around Ginger where she had dropped the bottle. I looked up to see her eyes glazed over, staring into space. Lexi was going to take a step forward when I stopped her and shook my head. Ginger was having a vision of the past so I thought. She came out of the trance, she looked up at me “Who is Aro?” I froze

“Someone I met the day I turned you. He wanted me to join his coven.” I rubbed my tipples.

“May I talk to you in privet?” She said pointing to the other room. I nodded as we went up to the fourth story level to the house. I went we got to the music room. Yes we have a music room, where we keep our music. “Is it possible to have Precognition like see the future while I can see the past too?” She asked, really fast.

“It’s possible. But no one has it why?” I cocked my head o one side.

She smiled and leaned forward. “Because Melody’s true love start love lives In the Volturi!” Ginger whisper excitedly.

“Volturi? What?” I asked raising an eyebrow.

“That the name of Aro’s coven.”

“Oh. So who is Melody true love?” I smiled a little bit. I want Melody to be happy,  she deserves someone to love her.

Ginger  shrugged. “His name starts with an F. That’s all I got before the vision broke off.”

“Awe. I’m so happy for her.” I smiled

“We need to visit Aro join the Volturi or---“ Ginger started but I cut her off.

“Nooo! I’m not joining his damn coven!” I head for the door

“But!” Ginger was in front of me. “You want Melody to be happy, don’t you?”

“Yes.” I sighted.

“We will just tell Aro that we want to see how we like it there before we join. Okay?” She placed her hands on her hips.

“Okay. But let’s not tell Melody she will freak out and definitely not tell Lexi she can’t keep her mouth shut. Promise?” I grinned at her.

“Promise!” Ginger and I bumped our hips together. That our secret hand shake. Since the day I turned her she has been my best friend since. Then we laughed all the way to the stairs. “Girls! Go pack! Where going to meet some new people!” We packed stuff we needed and of course I brought my bottle of wine.

“Where we going?” Asked Lexi happily. As we went out the front door.

“To a vampire coven called the Volturi.” I looked at Lexi daring her not to ask question. Lexi just smiled and started to play with her hair.

“Are they nice?” Asked Melody in a small voice.

“Umm. I don’t know them that well. But to get to you they have to get through me.” I winked Melody.

She smiled. “Thanks.”

“No problem. Where sister’s and sister’s stick together.” I said with care in my voice. I grew attached to these girls even though I wanted  a loner.

“Sister’s!” We all said together and laughed at the end. As I Taxi pulled up. The driver looked at us like we were maniacs. I smiled my sexy smile at him witch made him blush. We put our luggage in the trunk, told the driver where to go.

“Volturi look out the sister’s are coming!” Said Ginger. Lexi and Melody laughed. I shook my head trying to keep a straight face on, but couldn’t.  I let a burst of giggles.

Oh I hope were doing the right thing. Do this for Melody, Raven! She needs this.
