Though they were three years apart by age, they are two years apart in classes.
Bright is now in grade six, the final year of primary school. Win just doesn't want Bright to go to a different school.
"But Bri, I will miss you an" - Win whines.
"I will miss you too bunny" - Bright pulls Win to a warm hug. Win snuggles tighter into Bright's side, wrapping his arms around his waist. "Who will I eat lunch with from now?"
"You have Saint," Bright reminds him.
"Saint and You are not the same"
"I know Winnie," Bright holds Win even tighter. "I will always come to pick you up after school, and it is just two years, the we will be in the same school right" - Bright assures him.
"But Brightiieee" Win whines again.
"But what??" Bright mimicks him.
"What if you forget me?"
Bright stands there stunned for a second. Never for a minute did he forget about his dear bunny.
"I would never forget you" Bright adjusts his position just to look deep into Win's eyes. "You are my best friend in the whole wide world and nothing will ever change that Winnie"
"Promise?" Win squeals.
"Pinky promise"
And Bright was always sure of the promise, and maintained it.
