Mess!

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

Tony and I looked at each other. Without any words exchanged, we decided to do the one thing we do the best. Blow everything up.

"But it will destroy the city.", I said looking tensed.

"Kaal if we don't fight now, there will be no city left to be destroyed.", He reasoned. As an answer I blew up the Chitauri which was about to attack a pedestrian with her baby on the pavement. This enough for him to get into action.

I headed to take on Loki.

"You sure?", He asked uncertain that I would be able to take on a demigod all by myself.

"Damn sure.", I replied clenching my jaw. I didn't wait for long before creating a tornado for me to ride on.

"Do you now at least realise that all your attempts were nothing but futile, mortal? Or do you posses skin thicker than the rhino?", He asked once he turned back to face me once he sensed my presence.

"Come to think of it..." While Loki was focused on what my reply would be, he forgot to focus on my next move.

With one sudden move I blasted fire out of my hands which caught him by surprise. To defend himself, he spun the scepter in his hand really fast and deflected the attack, though I could see him flinching due to the heat of the element.

"I am from the place which is famous for its rhinos!", I said the strain I was feeling evident in my voice.

While he was repeating this movement, he didn't look back and was about to fall, to what looked like his death.

Normally I would have allowed him to fall of the tower with a smile on my face. But today. Today had to be the one odd day.

As soon as I saw him loosing his balance, something spiked in me and my heart picked up its beat and adrenaline, along with confusion rushed through me like a bullet train.

I shot vines out and pulled the raven haired asgardian up, putting him down to safety.

Little did I know it was not adrenaline that I was feeling.

He looked as shocked as I was and it happened. His eyes left it's blue tint and retook beautiful emeralds for their replacement. Confused ones, much like mine but beautiful.

Emeralds which mesmerized the onlooker for life...

Before any of us could react upon what just happened, I heard a booming voice behind me.

"Loki turn off the tesseract or I will destroy it!", Thor ordered from below. This snapped both Loki and I from our trance and the blue tint in his eyes came back while I blamed saving the criminal on my reflexes.

"You can't!", His brother yelled back. "There is no stopping it! There is only the war!", He continued to say, a growl evident in his voice.

Thor looked really pissed off at this point. He spun Mjolnir once in his hand and said with a devil may care voice, "So be it."

The man in green and gold armour, literally jumped on his brother. Thor gave me a look which said go, I can handle this and so, I left the brothers to battle. (Now that I say it, it sounds so irresponsible of me. Damn (Y/n)! You are a hot mess!)

I lept off of the terrace and the first thing I saw once I was back in the field was a Chitauri about to attack Iron Man from behind.

"Tony, duck!", I yelled stopping mid air.

The advantage had with these monkey puppets (as Tony and I went on to call them much too Bucky's and Bruce's laughs and Steve's disappointment) was that their ships and armor were made of metal.
