"Jieun no please don't make me do this" I begged her hoping she would listen.
" Nah uh, you made me kiss my crush didn't you? Now it's only fair for you to kiss jimin." she shrugged.
" Jieun he's my best friend for god's sake" I sighed.
" So you look at your bestfriend like that?" she asked me.
" What do you mean?" I questioned.
" I know you like him y/n, just use this dare as an excuse." she smiled taking a sip of her wine.
" I don't like him" I said.
" Well go ahead and test it then. What are you backing out? " she hit the spot, I downed the glass and got up and slowly walked to jimin who was playing games with jungkook.
I took a deep breath and straightened my back, pulling my top into place and pulling my strapless bra up to prevent it from falling. I felt annoyed at myself for suggesting truth or dare to jieun, knowing she would take revenge for making her kiss sunghyeon. I sighed and walked slowly to the couch jimin and jungkook were sitting on. I seated myself beside jimin.
"Hey wanna play?" Jimin asked while he licked his finger to get the crumbs of the hot Cheetos he was sharing with jungkook, his lips turned red due to the spice from them. I just tilted my head sideways signalling I didnt want to play.
Jungkook chuckled a little and kept playing.
"Are you guys ready to go out now?" I asked while I noticed an impatient jieun standing at the door smirking.
" I mean I'm pretty much ready" jimin said slowly touching his silver earring and pulling his shirt down properly.
"Jungkook-ah, you wanna go in sweatpants?" I asked him chuckling while slowly patting his head.
" No, I will get dressed soon" he answered while killing one of the players. He jumped up and smiled cheekily.
" That was good, we won!" he smiled like a happy kid.
" Y/n won't you be cold in a strapless dress?" jimin asked slowly touching my shoulder sending tingles everywhere his fingers grazed. Why have I never seen him in this way? Did I really like him just like jieun told me? I snapped out of it and smiled at him.
" wah this got warm too soon" jimin complained holding the mountain dew in his hand while wiping his lips with a tissue.
"It was here for an hour, what do you think?" I laughed.
"Mmh, I'm gonna go get dressed, we can go to the fair afterwards, wait for me guys" jungkook said as he got up and walked out leaving me alone with jimin, it looked like jieun left in defeat.
"So what do you wanna do at the fair, should we go to the haunted house like last time?" I teased jimin.
"Nooo you know I hate them" jimin whined, I chuckled but caught myself looking at his big plump lips.
"Y/n what's wrong?" he asked while touching his mouth.
" Do I have something on my mouth?" he asked. I shook my head and sighed.
I can't do it. But what if I liked him just like jieun said? With those thoughts, I decided to just go for it.
I took a deep breath and leaned in quickly putting my lips on his, his body stiffened and he was shocked, I slowly moved my lips while holding his hair in the palm of my right hand.
I pulled away and breathed heavily looking at his flustered face. Jimin's cheeks were bright red and his eyes were widely open, it was as if he was shocked from what I just did and he looked like he was trying to process what just happened, I didn't know why but somehow this made me feel good.
" What just happened?" he asked me slowly touching his lips with his left hand.
I smiled hitting a realization. I gathered my courage and pulled him close.
" This." I said and placed my lips on his again kissing him hard and good. He was shocked again but this time he held my waist and slowly pulled me towards him closer. She was right. I should've done this sooner. I thought as his lips moved in sync with mine.
This time, I could feel how he felt towards me, his lips touched mine in a sweet pace, slow yet passionate and full of adoration. He smiled into the kiss making a warm feeling envelop the ends of my heart, I smiled as he pulled away and looked at me happily. It was now my turn to be flustered and red.
"What? You lost your confidence after doing all that?" he asked me pulling me into a hug.
"Do you like me?" I asked while hugging him back.
"What? No. I just dont want you to feel awkward. Pabo! Of course I do, why do you think I would kiss you back?" he said slowly kissing my forehead.
"I-" I was silent.
" I've liked you since forever. It took you so long to notice?" he asked me. I felt like I was the biggest stupid on the planet.
"A-actually jieun dared me to do this-" I said guiltily, I wanted to say it to him before it turned into a huge misunderstanding later.
" well- I know" he said smiling.
"Wha- how?" I was confused, was this a prank or something? I looked around to see if there were any cameras.
" I told her to do it, Otherwise I don't know how long it would take for you to start dating me" he admitted chuckling.
"Wah, that's why she pressured me into not giving up" he laughed at my childishness.
" You know what, I'm not mad at her, I realized I liked you a lot atleast" I said and pecked his lips.
" Haha, okay my little pabo, will you finally go on a date with me so we can start dating already?" he asked making my heart flutter.
" mhm, we can, I'm sorry for making you wait for so long" I said feeling a little guilty.
" Well you are worth the wait" he kissed me again.
