Special Chapter II

(A/N: I've always wanted to write a chapter like this– a chapter where I can change into different POVs, and one that's just... chill. Yung kung ano lang pumasok sa isip ko, gano'n. Basta, for short, pasilip ito sa buhay ng ibang characters. So that's that, hehe, I hope you like it.

By the way, this is just a short chapter.)

       Saturn's POV

       The Central is really different compared to Hillwood. Sa nagtataasan palang na building, at mga nagkalat na Council Guards ay makikita na ang pagkaka-iba.

       I've always been aware of the fact that Council Central is way more strict, compared to the one in South. No one really knows why, but I think it has something to do with the fact that the war from decades and decades ago started here.

        If it weren't for my boss' request, I won't even go here. Heck, ayokong iwanan ang Hillwood. Una, dahil doon ang tirahan ko. Ikalawa, andoon ang mga taong tinuturing kong pamilya: ang mga Montecillo. Napalapit na ako ng sobra sa mga alaga ko doon, kahit madalas ay masakit sila sa ulo. It's hard to guard those five stubborn kids, especially the youngest.

       At ikatlo, naroon siya. Nagbalik na siya ng Hillwood. Iyon nga lang, kailangan ko munang magtiis. Even if I badly want to be there for her, I can't. She's suffering, she's lost and she's... not her own self right now. Isa pa, hindi rin makakaya ng konsenya kong tanggihan si Ma'am Scarlett. Kaya sinundan ko rito si Sir Nick, kahit ayaw niya.

       The Council is planning something. It's obvious that they want my boss out. They want to take away the power that the Montecillo Family hold, but everyone knows they can't... at least not now. Hawak ng buong pamilya ang Hillwood at Oakwood dahil sa laki ng impluwensiya nila, kaya kahit nangangati na ang Council na tanggalin sa posisyon si Sir Nick, hindi nila magawa. They know it will backfire on them, so they decided to send him here instead. Here in this hell of a place. Kaya pumayag akong samahan dito si Sir Nick, ayoko siyang hayaan mag-isa sa lugar na 'to.

       Ang bawal lang naman ay magkaroon siya ng contact o kahit anong komunikasyon sa pamilya niya. Pinayagan naman siyang magsama ng isang security personnel, kaya ako na ang sumama.

       "Good evening, Saturn!" Like the usual, the woman assigned at the entrance of the Council's Office greeted me. Tinanguan ko lang siya katulad ng lagi kong ginagawa.

       Andito lang naman ako para sunduin ang amo ko. Sir Nick is tied to this office, from 8:00 in the morning up to 8:00 in the evening. Talagang sinuguro nilang wala siyang ibang pupuntahan sa araw-araw kundi dito lang.

        Tahimik lang akong naglalakad papunta sa may elevator, nang may biglang humawak sa braso ko kaya nagulat ako. Agad ko siyang nilingon at nakita kong ang babaeng Council Guard ito.

       "Saturn, tapos na ang shift ko ngayon. Baka gusto mong..." She didn't even finish her words, and instead, she started batting her eyelashes. Nagsimula rin siyang tumawa ng mahina, na sinabayan pa ng pagpalo sa braso ko kaya napakunot ang noo ko.

       What's wrong with this woman?

       "Hihi, nahihiya ako.. Pero kung gusto mo, papayag naman ako." I don't even know what you're talking about...
