Chapter Eighteen: GROUP ACTIVITY

RJ's POV

Pagkaupo ko sa upuan ko ay sakto naman ang dating ng prof. namin sa first class which is a major subject. At siya rin ang adviser namin sa organization namin called Students' Association of Business Management (SABM).

"Okay class since we will be having our University Sports Festival next week. We will not be having our classes but..." pagkasabi ni prof. ng "but" ay napabuntong hininga ang mga classmates ko at ang ilan ay nagrereklamo. "I will give a group activity for that whole week. But of course, our players will be exempted for this group activity." pagkasabi nun ni prof. eh napa-yes ang ilan sa mga players.

At nagpatuloy pa rin siya sa pagsasalita. "So I already made your groupings so that it will be fair and so you don't get confused. There are 5 groups and there will be 8 members in each group. So here is the list. Read it aloud and call your members for your group." sabay abot ni prof ang 1/4 size na papel sa mga nakaupo sa harapan kung saan nakasulat doon ang mga pangalan ng mga miyembro sa bawat grupo.

"And when your name is called, you should be together with your groupmates. So to the players here, you can now proceed to your respective practices and all of you will be excused for the rest of your classes today." pagkatapos sabihin yun ni prof ay tumayo na lahat ng players at umalis na sa room. Kasama na doon sina Maky at Emman dahil players sila ng basketball.

Natawag na lahat ang mga members each group at ngayon eh magkakasama na kami ng mga ka-grupo ko.

"So now you are in your respective groups. We will now discuss what your activity is all about." nakikinig lang kaming lahat sa mga sinasabi ni prof.

"Since you are a Business Management students. It has something to do with business of course." nagtataka na kami kung ano ang activity namin. Malupitang group activity to panigurado.

"Each group will make a booth. But this is not just a simple booth and I will give you a twist about it. Kailangan each booth ay makakapag-profit kayo. So it depends on what you want to do with your booth. For example, selling. Or anything profitable." gulat kami sa activity ni prof. Paano yung gulat?? Choss.

Ang ilan na ay nag-iisip kung anong maganda para sa booth namin na makakapag-profit kami. Siyempre, nagiisip na din ako ng ideya.

"Sa groupings ninyo ay magbre-brainstorming kayo kung ano ang gagawin niyo. Each group's strategy is whether you will contribute for the capital or anything, it's your decision. And don't worry guys, you can also make your money back if you are able to make a higher profit. And by the way, you will also be going to make your output out of it. Here's the outline that you will need to follow for your output." at iniabot ni prof isa isa sa mga groups ang isang bond paper na malamang nakasulat doon ang outline ng output namin.

"Any questions before I leave you here?" tanong ni prof sa amin at may nagtaas ng kamay para siguro magtanong.

"Ma'am, how can we watch any events of the game if we have this kind of activity? Everyone wants to watch right? And where are we going to put up our booths ma'am?" at napapatango naman kami sa tanong niya.

"Nice question Ms. Quirino. And regarding your questions, it is your decision in your group on what you're going to do so that you will be able to watch a game. Salitan siguro if you want. But that's just only a suggestion. And guys, remember, you should be fair in here. Okay?" tumango kaming lahat sa sinabi ni prof.
