Part 36

Chapter ThirtySix: Rosie's P.O.V.- 

 "We're leaving for tour in like two weeks and Ross hasn't told Carter. I didn't want to be the one that dropped that little bomb shell on her so I lied." Rydel said nervously cramming her words together. 

 I spit out the drink of water I had just taken. 

 "You did what now?" I coughed out. 

 "Don't make it sound like I committed a murder." she said "I just didn't want it to be me that broke her little heart. Carter is like my sister!" 

 "She's like my sister too!" I said "I'm not going to be the one that tells her! Ross should have to do it; he's the one that's dating her." 

 "I don't even think he's tried." she agreed. 

 "Rydel, what do we do about this?" I asked. 

 "I don't know, but whatever we do we can NOT let Camila OR Kaylynn find out. If they do the whole thing is blown!" she said taking a sip of coffee. 

 I nodded. 

 "Hey guys," I heard Camila said. 

 "Hey Camila," Rydel said. 

 "What are you guys talking about?" Kaylynn asked. 

 "Nothing, why? Did you hear anything?" Rydel asked scooting closer to me. 

 "Oh just that you guys are keeping from us, so spill." Camila said as she and Kaylynn folded their arms. 

 "Rose you do it," Rydel said "I can't do it again."   

 "R5 is going on tour to England." I said feeling awful. 

 "Oh yeah," Kaylynn said "I knew about  that. Rock told me." 

 "Great, how come you guys haven't told ME?" Camila asked "My sister is dating Ross."

 "Here's the thing, Ross hasn't told her yet." Rydel said.

 "HE WHAT?!" Kaylynn and Camila jumped from their chairs.

 "Sit down," Rydel and I said "People are looking."

 "Is he crazy?" Camila whisper yelled.

 "Obviously," I laughed "No offence," I put a hand on Rydel's arm.

 "None taken," she said "I know my little brother's a bag of NUTS!"

 "What are we going to do about this?" Kaylynn said biting her thumb nail and shaking her leg.

 "We talk to him." I said "Rydel will be the first line of defence, shall we say."

 "I can talk to him tonight before bed." she nodded.

 "Now we're getting to something." I clapped my hands.

 "What can we do?" Kaylynn asked.

 "Not tell her," Rydel said "I know it's going to be hard because she like/is our sister, but we have to do it."

 "How? I can't do this.. She's my sister I love her!" Camila said.

 "We love her too and that's why we have to." I said.

 "We'll do it," Kaylynn said.

 "Always remember we're doing this for Carter." I said.

 "For Carter," we all agreed.
