Curious of what's happening, I ran to go there...

I took a peek at the corner of the building before taking an action.

There, I saw three girl students looking down on another girl sitting on the ground with her back on the wall of the building, laughing like they're satisfied on what they are seeing.

Staring on the girl sitting on the ground, I realized she's the same girl with the ash-blonde hair that I saw at the Cafeteria this afternoon... She seems deeply hurt...

Pushing her hard against the wall was probably the source of the thud sound I heard...

I think they are bullying her...

Why are they doing this to her?

A few seconds passed, one of the girls standing in front of her took out a bottle of mineral water from her bag and walked closer to her. "That serves you right, you bitch. F*ck you for rejecting our beloved Rieshay and making him feel miserable." she cursed.

The girl with ash-blonde hair is not moving and she's only hanging her head down... Is she just going to put up with it?

Soon, the girl opened the bottled water, planning to throw its contents on her.

That's too bad; there's no way I'll let this continue more!

I rushed towards them and snatched the bottled water from the girl with sharp eyes and striking red lipstick.

She flinched, but a second later, she glared at me, "Give it back to me, you asshole! Don't interfere!"

"Are you saying I should just watch and let you bully her despite knowing that it's against the rules?" I retorted while I avoid her attempt of taking back the bottled water. "No matter what your reason, you don't have the right to do that to her." I seriously added, trying to control my temper.

I don't want to hurt a girl, so I hope she'll just stop this and leave.

"I don't care what you say! That shameless girl should suffer for trying to ruin Rieshay's reputation!"

"Will it change anything?" I firmly asked, looking at her, straight in the eye. "It'll never recover what has already been done, so just stop this..." that made her silent and looked down on her feet. "I'll let this slide for once, but if you do this again, I won't hesitate to report you to the teachers. Don't even try to challenge me."

"Let's go! I don't want to get in trouble!" the girl with curly hair cried out.

"Yeah, let's get out here, like, right now!" the other girl next to her agreed.

I saw her hand balled into fist, and then, she suddenly hissed at me, "I hate you! F*ck you and that bitch!" she cursed, stamping her feet as she leaves. Then, the two other girls instantly followed her.

As soon as they left, I sighed, putting down the bottled water on the ground and offered my hand on the girl with ash-blonde hair to help her stand up, "Are you okay? Is this the first time they bullied you?"

"U-um..." she stared at my hand for a few seconds like she's hesitant to take it, but in the end, she took my offer to help her.

Her hand is warm and soft, yet a little rough, too...

For a second, I felt like my heart skipped a beat at that touch.

But to my little disappointment, the moment she stood up, she let go of my hand and fix her messy white polo and dark blue vest.
