I woke up early in the morning to prepare his breakfast. Simple gestures of Drei, like appreciating my little efforts makes my heart flutter. The weird set up somehow bothered me. Nauna siya pumasok sa office, then he instructed me as though I'm some kind of a celebrity. Geron, Franz and Warren were like my tail, as instructed by their boss, huwag daw ako papaalisin magisa. Weird.
I know for a fact that the Herreras are filthy rich. Hindi ko lang talaga expected na ganitong kalaki ang Vinoco building. There's an on-going meeting with his clients today. He asked me to wait for him. Nasa labas sila Geron kausap ang secretary ni Drei. My eyes darted at his office table.

I read the name written on the silver rectangular plate. Looking at the interiors of his office, I feel like I'm talking to him and he is introducing himself to everyone.
Mapait ako'ng napapangiti. Totoong masaya ako para sa kanya. Bigla ko lang naalala noon kung paano kami magkwentuhan, siya pa nga ang walang plano noon. May mga kirot sa dibdib ko, wala ako'ng magawa kung hindi ang makititig, humanga, mag-asam at mangarap ulit sa ganitong edad.
Lahat ng pinangarap kong mangyari sa akin ay nakuha ni Drei. And with that, I'm also happy for him.
But then, talking about the downside, I couldn't help it. It has always been my issues that I want to get rid of. I have a lot of insecurities. I have always thought na hindi ako nababagay kay Drei. At noon, naniniwala ako na pwede pag nagtagal, baka kainin nila ang mga sinasabi nila, pero ngayon... natatawa na lang ako na parang pati sarili ay iniinsulto ko.
Malayong malayo na ang dati sa ngayon, pakiramdam ko ay langit si Drei, ako naman ay nakadapa sa putikan. Masyado kasi ako mataas mangarap noon.
Napangiti ako nang may maramdamang kamay sa baiwang ko. He slowly wrapped his strong arms around my waist. I could smell his natural and intoxicating scent, consuming my nostrils. He guided me to turn around so I could completely face him. His chocolate brown yes met mine, heavy-lidded and exactly the type of eyes that would melt you. They glow with solemnity sprinkled with raw affection. Ang pag init ng aking mukha ang una ko'ng inintindi. Ang gwapo ni Drei. Kanina ko pa siya gustong purihin. He licked his lower lip and swallowed, his lips shine like it is the only shiny diamond in a dark primitive cave
"Are you okay?" Tanong niya na may pag-aalala. He sounded like he is apologizing for leaving me alone inside his office. Inilagay ko ang mga kamay sa kanyang balikat at inayos ang damit niya, marahan akong may pinagpag doon. May konting dumi kasi ito. Umiling-iling ako at ngumiti sa kanya.
Inipit niya ang buhok ko sa aking tainga at saka tumingin sa baba.
Napatingin din ako. "Ano tinitignan mo?" He looked at me as though we need to go home and get back to the bed. His alluring eyes melted me completely. Kinalaunan ay ngumisi siya habang sinesenyas ang table. Hinampas ko siya sa braso. "Ano ba, Drei!"
Lalong umangat ang sulok ng kanyang labi. He maneuvered me closer to the table. He started kissing me and I moaned while gently pushing him away. "Baka mahuli tayo.." I breathed between his kisses. Lalo lang niyang idiniin ang sarili sa akin. He combed his fingers through my hair until he reached my nape. He ignored my protest.
Of course I should be protesting! This is his office and for the love of God, who knows kung sino man ang maisipang pumasok dito. His secretary, Geron, Warren, Franz or even the clients could see us.
I gently pushed him away. "Drei, no.."
"We won't.. The door is locked." He said with a rasping voice.
