"There's something I wanna ask you" his eyes glared at me from the darkness of our backseat space, only to be lit from the outside world whipping by,

"Well you've already asked me to babysit, marry you, do a tv appearance.." I counted on my fingers, he stopped me by pulling my hand down and playing with my fingers,

"No Jodie, you ain't listening" he said softly, looking at my hand in his, his bottom lip poking out as he thought with his mouth open, I turned my body more to him as I waited,
"I was thinkin' ... rather than you lookin' after the girls while I'm gone why don't you come with me, Betty'll look after 'em and Nate'll be at his moms"

"Your mums" I corrected him which wasn't a smart move, he scowled at me, my smile faded as quickly as his did,

"Yo whatever" he let go of my hand and blew off the conversation, I felt so stupid I could of cringed, now it was awkward, really awkward...

"I'm sorry if you took that the wrong way" I sat back,

"Don't talk about her like you fuckin' know her" he talked into his hand as he rested his arm along the car door,

"I won't" I wanted to argue back, all I wanted to say was that he had just acted like a baby, I hadn't even said anything wrong or offensive but I really was in no mood to sit with him pissed off on a flight back to Detroit and then to get home and go to bed with him angry...

"Why throw that in to my sentence then?" He then put on a cocky voice
"Your mom" he acted out, I was shocked at how quickly he'd switched on me after such a lovely night,

"Really?" I laughed under my breath, shaking my head,

"Bitch don't 'really' me" he tutted,

"And now you're calling me a bitch? Nice, thank you" I still bit my tongue even though I was so angry at him I could of cried,

"You're so fuckin' ungrateful" I hated this side to him, I didn't want to look at him, my water glazed eyes staring hard out of the window as I held in my hurt,
"You know what, go ahead ignore me, like I give a fuck. Don't I wish I had Kim on speed dial"

"How fucking dare you?!" A tear rolled down my cheek as I flipped at him, but he was unphased,
"Get me out of this fucking car!" I couldn't be near him, the absolute dick!

"How you gonna get back to Detroit?" He said smugly,

"I don't give a care, a coach, a flight, I always carry my card around with me.. I have my own fucking money! Stop the car! Please!" The driver pulled over,
"Thanks" I swiped away more tears,

"What're you doin? Are you out your fucking mind?!" He gripped my wrist as I unlocked the door,

"Go fuck your coked up ex bitch of a wife! I can not do this any more!" I struggled,

"Sit down Jodie I swear to fuck don't make me fight you" he clutched my wrist to pull me back,

"Get off!!" I tried to pull my wrist free as I opened the door, he unclipped his seat belt so that he could launched forward and over me to slam my door shut,

"Is this some big fucking game to you?! Don't you ever make me look this stupid! Ever!" He shouted at me,

"Me make you look stupid?! You do that by yourself! Look what you've caused over nothing!"

"Drive on" he completely calmed down his tone as he talked to the driver,

"We're here Mr. Mathers" the driver got out, he thankfully opened up my door first, I thanked him for his little favour, he nodded politely at me,
