I know it's not Thursday but because I'm taking a week off on YouTube I decided to post my stories out of order this week! ***
Kevin's POV I had the backyard decorated for Dani and I dinner date, where I was gonna give her the promise ring. Dani is the first girl that I ever gave a promise ring too, she's also the first person I'm gonna say I love you too, that's when I'm gonna give her the promise ring. I just hope she loves me back.
We have been dating for 6 months now, and I'm so glad Megan approved of our relationship. Then hopefully in a year or two if we make it that long, I'm gonna drop a proposal on her. I maybe thinking about marriage too soon, but I really think she is my soul mate.
I made sure she spend the day at the spa with my sister and her friends, so that she is all nice and pretty for our date night. The guys and my grandparents helped me set up:

Grandma cooked up some amazing Italian food. My grandmother told me that Dani is such an amazing girl, and that I'm very lucky to have her in my life.
I waited for Dani to come out after she got home to get dressed. She was lead out by Megan, who was helping her out towards the back door because, she was wearing a blind fold on her. When they step outside, I told Megan I was gonna take it from here, and she accepted and left. I revealed the master piece in front of her and she gasped and said.
Dani: Kevin, this is beautiful! Thank you *kiss you* Kevin: you're welcome beautiful, happy 6 months anniversary. Can you believe we are half way to a year? Dani: I know, I can't believe it! I'm so thankful to have gotten to know you, your sister and the rest of your family Kevin: and I'm so thankful I gotten to known you and your family as well. Come on let's eat.
I help her as she took her seat before sitting down myself. I revealed the food in front of us and Dani said.
Dani: Kevin, this is amazing! I love Italian food! I'm glad you remembered Kevin: thanks, my grandma is amazing Dani: speaking of your family, I'm so glad you patch things up with your sister. Kevin: me too, I promise I will never be disrespectful towards you or anybody else ever again Dani: thank you Kevin, you're so sweet. Btw, why is your family so against Logan and his family anyways? Kevin: him and my dad were revivals. My dad never quiet told me what happened between them, but all I know is that they always hated each other. He was the one that actually got my dad fired from the church! Logan and Megan barely could hang out because of it, and it was tearing their friendship apart Dani: why don't you like Logan? Kevin: I found him in bed with my little sister! Dani: oh, how old? Kevin: does it matter Dani: yes it actually does Kevin Kevin: *mumbles* 7... Dani: so she doesn't know it was a bad thing? Kevin: but she still had him in his room even tho my parents said we weren't allowed to have girls or boys sleep in our bedroom. It was always a rule because of of our religion Dani: well did you at least here her side of the story before jumping to conclusions I thought about it for a moment...
*Flashback* (This convo was happening right after they kicked out Logan.)
Dad, Megan and I where all arguing downstairs in the living room until mom said something.
Mom: alright, that's enough!
We went silent and look at her.
Mom: I hate when you guys argue with each other. We are a family first, and where gonna start acting like one. Now Megan, tell us what really happened Megan: thank you mommy, as I was trying to say... I was in my room laying on my bed, their was a knock on my window and I opened it up and I found Logan. I let him in and he told me the reason why he was here Dad: and what was it? Kevin: yeah, was it to sleep in bed with my sister! Mom: boys! Dad/Kevin: sorry Denise/Mom... Megan: thank you mommy. As I was saying... before I got rudely interrupted. He told me that he want to stay the night with me because, his parents kept on arguing with each other. He didn't want to keep up with that all night, but then their was a knock on my door so I told Logan to go into my secret while in my closet. I open the door it was dad, he grounded me because I lied to him about stealing Kevin's guitar pick which I didn't! Which was a stupid thing to agrue about to begin with Dad: I didn't ground you, I put you and your brother on time out Kevin: and it wasn't stupid guitar pick, just so happened to be very important, because without you wouldn't be having a roof over your head! Megan: newsflash Kevin, the church provided us this house. (this was before Kevin Sr. got fired) So technically they're keeping the roof over our head and-next look harded before you blame it on somebody else! Kevin: well I wouldn't have blame it on you if your the one always borrowing my things! Especially when you don't return them afterwards *frustrated* Megan: *angry* you know what, I'm done here! So instead of telling you guys the full story, why don't you guys figure this is out on your own because I'm done with all of this!
With that Megan storm out of the room and mom look at both dad and I with unhappy faces before going after her to talk to her.
*End Flashback*
Kevin: and that's basically what happened Dani: Kevin, I think you and your dad overreacted a bit, after all she was 7. Kevin: yea, we trusted her, it was the boy we don't trust he was a bit older than her. They're about 3 years apart Dani: oh wow Kevin: yea... so uh... bread?
I said trying to changed the subject about my sister and she just shook her head and took the breadsticks.
After we ate, we got to talking around the beach. You see my grandparents lives at the beach house and sometimes my family and I would come here for the summer.
Kevin: so what do you think of my family so far? Dani: not bad, not as crazy as my family tho, but good. Kevin: sorry you couldn't meet everyone Dani: Kevin, it's okay. I understand your situation... Kevin: yea... my grandparents, Megan and Uncle Josh who you haven't met you since he lives in Jersey, are all I have left. You know Dani you're pretty lucky to have a big family Dani: yea, I guess I am. But I always feel bad that you don't. They will be missing on out on so much, like us getting married one day- Kevin: speaking of marriage...
I got down on one knee and took out my ring.
Dani: oh Kevin! No I can't take that, we only known each other for 6 months Kevin: I know, which is why it's a promise ring Dani: oh... *blush embarrassed* Kevin:I love you Dani, your my soul mate Dani: *water eyes* that's the first time you said the L word Kevin: I know, do you love me? Dani: *nods head* y-yes Kevin: are you gonna say it? Dani: oh right, I'm just shocked. Of course I love you! Kevin: *smiles and holds her hand* this ring comes with a pledge, that I will be faithful to you... Please accept this ring as a symbol of our vow to keep our virginity until we're married. Wear this ring as a symbol of our commitment to this relationship, and our future. When you look at this ring, I hope it reminds you of my promise to never stop loving you. This ring symbolizes my intent to marry you some day, and one day I'll replace it with an engagement ring and a wedding band. Let these rings remind us of our vow to be monogamous to one another. Whenever we look at these rings, they'll remind us that we'll always be there for each other.
Dani got teary eyes, I hope what I said was a good thing. When I received a nod and yes, I put the ring on her and pulled her into my arms and gave her a kiss.
We pulled away from the kiss when we heard "aww's" and we turned around to find the whole family watching from the door way.
Megan: uh... sorry we interrupted, we should probably go back in ya'll let them have their privacy
She notice after she saw my glare and she pushed everyone back inside the house and I blushed embarrassed and said.
Kevin: sorry, my family can be embarrassing sometimes Dani: it's okay, I totally get it
