Chapter 10:
Nick enters the house after Kevin was fixing his tie and opened the door for him.

Nick: hey... you look fancy, for your date night
Kevin: shhh, I haven't told Megan yet. I told her I was going to a business meeting
Nick: what business meeting?
Kevin: I told her it was for the band, and she believed it
Nick: why don't you just tell her the truth man?
Kevin: because Megan never liked the girls I hang out with because they were always mean to her. And there's no way she's gonna respect me hanging out with her professor even tho it's not a date
Nick: yeah sure...
Kevin: we are just going out to talk about Megan, which isn't a date
Nick: you two keep telling yourself that
Kevin: where's Joe tonight?
Nick: on a date, you know Joe he always with someone on a Saturday
Kevin: (roll eyes) of course, who's watching Frankie?
Nick: he's sleeping over at a friends house, my parents have the house to themselves for the night. They said if I needed any help, don't bother calling them
Kevin: (chuckles) of course, Megan, I'm leaving! Here's money for you and Megan to eat tonight. Oh! And her bedtime on weekends is at 11, but since she isn't going anywhere tonight it's at 10
Megan: (comes downstairs) bye Kevin (hugs him)
Kevin: bye sweetheart, be good for Nick, I'll be home by 11
Nick: uh... Kevin
Kevin: don't worry, I checked before you got here. I made sure she was clean, no pranks Megan. (gives her look) I mean it this time.
Megan: (gulps) yes sir, but please don't leave me home with Nick, once you leave he always says this after you leave, "I'll get you my pretty and your little toy dog too!" (make evil witch laugh)
Nick: (roll eyes)
Kevin: no more Wizard of Oz for you, and you will be fine trust me

Kevin kissed the top of her forehead and wave by to them both and Nick close the door for him and Nick smirks at Megan, and she glares at him.

Nick: I'll get you my pretty, and your little toy dog too! Hehehehe
Megan: no! Not my favorite toy dog!
Nick: yes!

Megan starts running up the stairs and Nick chased after her.

Kevin's POV
Dani and I pulled up at the restaurant, after I picked her up from her home. We walked in together and I told the manager I made reservations for two. He leads us to a private area so that fans wouldn't bother us.

Manager: someone will be here shortly to take your order
Kevin: thank you very much
Manager: you're welcome (smiles and walks away)
Dani: this is an unusual place for just to chat Kevin. Are you sure this isn't a date?
Kevin: well, you said you couldn't date a student "parent" even tho I'm her brother not her parent.
Dani: Touché and usually the man pays on the date, so... shouldn't I be paying as well?
Kevin: I mean if you're offering to pay in such an expensive restaurant for just the two of us
Dani: no, just my plate
Kevin: with a teacher salary? At this restaurant, maybe, you should look at the menu when it arrives
Dani: Kevin, I told you. I don't want this to be a date. Just you and me talking about Megan
Kevin: then we should have brought her with us if we were just gonna do that
Dani: then why didn't you?
Kevin: because I want to go out on a date!
Dani: it's not a date!
Kevin: UGH! F-Finneeee
Waitress: uhh... hi I'm your waitress Kayla this evening, how may I help you...

Later.
Nick and Megan made cookies together and then decided to watch movie in the family room even tho Megan was grounded from the TV. Nick made an exception, since she was good when they were baking cookies together

Megan got a text on her phone that she took out of Kevin's room saying her friend was waiting for her outside with her mom.

Megan: um... Nick, do you want to play a game?
Nick: no
Megan: please... (bats eyes at him)
Nick: (pause movie) fine... what is it?
Megan: it's called tie up the baby sitter
Nick: I don't like that game, I ain't playing

Megan made a pouting noise at him and brought out her puppy dog eyes.

Nick: (sighs) fine... how do you play?
Megan: come I'll show you

Megan let out her hands for him to hold, Nick sigh and got up and followed her to the dining room table.

Megan: sit on the chairs while I get a rope and some tape
Nick: um... okay...

Megan went to retrieve the items and came back downstairs and Nick said.

Nick: wait a minute, that looks like real ropes
Megan: I know... (smiles)
Nick: I thought you were gonna use a jump rope or something
Megan: relax, I won't tie it on you that much
Nick: why should I believe you

Megan gives him puppy dog eyes and Nick said.

Nick: ugh fine! Do whatever you want, just for the love a god, stop giving me those demon eyes!

Megan smiles and wrapped the rope around Nick and his legs.

Nick: uh... Megan why my legs?
Megan: so you won't be able to move when I do this
Nick: what are you-

Before Nick could say anything Megan taped his mouth and Nick started murmuring angry and Megan said.

Megan: I win!

Nick glares at her and she pats his head.

Megan: now, now Nick don't get angry at me. I'm just doing this out of the goodness of my heart (tips tape away)
Nick: ooo when I get out of here, you're in so much trouble!
Megan: yeah, good luck
Nick: h-help! Help!

Nick started yelling but Megan put the tape back over his mouth. Just then the bell rang and Megan went to check who it was and it was Lily.

Lily: hey, my mom is here. Ready to go.
Megan: uh huh, let me go get my purse (heads upstairs)
Lily: woah! You weren't kidding when you said you were gonna tie him up. Woah he looks angry, his vein is popping out from his forehead (touches his head) woah!

She said when Nick shakes his curls at her and started murmuring through his taped mouth and tries wiggle his way out of the rope.

Lily: uh... Megan! You better hurry! I think he's trying to escape!

Nick started making noise again and glaring at Lily, and she back away and puts hand up in surrender.

Lily: sorry Nick, can't help you. She put me up to this
Megan: (comes down the stairs) okay got my purse. Let's go! Going to stop Kevin's date, be back later, don't try stopping us!
Lily: run! He's skidding his way over to us

Megan quickly grabbed her coat and both her Lily ran out of her house closing the front door. As Nick was skidding his way towards the door murmuring under the tape angry and silently yelling through his tape mouth. He somehow fell down to the ground, still struggling to get out.
