Chapter 17:
At the hotel:

Kevin rented some rooms once they arrive there. Kevin handed them each a key.

Kevin: okay Joe and Nick are sharing a room
Nick: oh great I get stuck with him
Kevin: sorry Megan staying with us because I have to keep an eye on her
Megan: I'm not a child
Keven: you're acting like one
Megan: *cross arm and stomp foot* I am not! Okay maybe a little... ugh... fine whatever. As long as I get my own bed
Nick: same
Kevin: fine, Danielle your staying with Megan and I since you're our guest, both you and Megan will be sharing a bed. Big Rob you get your own room
Big Rob: *gives two big thumbs up* cool
Nick: wait a minute, how come he gets his own room?
Megan: yeah!
Kevin: (to Nick) because you complain a lot (to Megan) and you are grounded and I don't trust you to stay in a room by yourself right now especially at age 14
Megan: *pouts* you're no fun
Kevin: good, then I'm doing my job right. Alright everybody let's go to our hotel room

They go to their suite and starts unpacking.

With Megan, Danielle and Kevin in their hotel suite.

Megan was done unpacking her stuff, while Kevin and Dani were unpacking their stuff.

Megan: I'm done, I'm gonna go hang out with Joe and Nick. *about to leave*
Kevin: freeze!
Megan: *stops and turns to him* yes Kevin...
Kevin: nice try little girl, but I'm pretty sure I grounded you. There's still more to the punishment
Megan: oh come on, you just grounded me, what else is there?
Kevin: let me list the infractions of what you did wrong, first you took my car keys without asking me. Then,
you let a boy drive my car and let it get sink! First of all you're under-age, if you were caught, do you know how bad that would look on us? It would make me look like an unfit parent who shouldn't be raising you. They can have you removed from the home and put you in the foster care, did you ever think about those consequences?

Megan: *mumbles* no... I'm sorry Kevin, I didn't think about that...

Kevin: that's because you don't think Megan. You only care about what you want, and what's best for you. You need to learn that there are gonna be consequences for your actions. Look I won't always be here for you when you're older and you're gonna have to start thinking for yourself. Start thinking like, "should I be doing this", "will I get in trouble for this" listen to your conscious Megan, because they're there to help you for a reason!

Megan: I'm sorry Kevin, I didn't even think about all those things to be honest, and I should have. You're right, I was selfish and only thinking about myself. I should have come to you when Chris was having trouble with the paparazzi instead of stealing your car

Kevin: thank you! Now we are getting somewhere, first step is admitting you were wrong

Megan: what's the next?

Kevin: well the next would be admitting you need a punishment, do you?
Megan: *sighs and bites bottom lip* yea. I'm super, super, super sorry
Kevin: I know you kiddo, but you know my rules
Megan: *pouts* Dani... can't you talk him out of it?
Dani: sorry honey I agree with him, maybe this will make you learn your lesson
Megan: great first I get a lecture with my brother over here and now you're taking his side
Kevin: *roll eyes*
Dani: I'll be with the boys if you need me

Dan was bout to kiss Kevin, but sees Megan looking so she gave him a hug instead and gives Megan a hug before exiting the room.

Megan: *folds arm* great now I'm stuck here with you

Kevin roll eyes and goes into the closet.

Megan: what are you doing?
Kevin: something I should have done a long time ago

Kevin takes out something from the closet and turns back around to Megan. Megan eyes widen when she sees what was in his hand.

Megan: Kevin, please no! I never gotten the paddle before
Kevin: well maybe you should've thought about that when you took my keys without asking and made me blame it on Dani for misplacing it! Then you wreck my car that you let your Ex- "boyfriend" drive into a sinking mud pond when all of this could have been avoided if you have come to me with your problem instead of sneaking around
Megan: *bites bottom lip* I'm sorry Kevin, please I'm begging you please! Don't give me the paddle
Kevin: I'm sorry hun, my decision, my rules, your the kid, I'm the adult. That's what you need to get through your head young lady
Megan: *sighs* yes sir
Kevin: alright now, pants down and bend over the bed
Megan: *groans* your not serious are you?
Kevin: Megan... how many times are we gonna have to talk about this? Stop trying to get yourself out of your punishment
Megan: *sighs* fine...

Megan said defeated taking off her pants. She bend over the bed

Kevin walks near her and gets into position.

Kevin: Alright, you're getting 50 with the paddle

Megan nods her head and buries her face in her arms and brace for the impact.

Whack! Whack! Whack! Whack! Whack!

Megan: *gasp* owe! Kevy please! *blocks her bottom* can you please stop? Those five one hurts!

Kevin: young lady spankings are supposed to hurt it, it's a punishment for a reason. It's supposed to remind you from your rights and wrong for next time you get yourself stuck in a situation you'll think twice now after this punishment. Now please stop moving or else I'm gonna give it to you bare for making me lose my patience

Megan: *pouts and gives up* yes sir
Kevin: thank you

Kevin finish giving Megan her punishment and was crying in her brother arms.

Kevin: *tries to calm her down* shh baby girl it's alright

Megan: *sobbing* I'm sorry Kevy, about everything

Kevin: I know you are honey, and you're forgiven

Megan sniffles and looks up at him with tears running down her face.

Megan: why are you forgiving me when I did all those bad things?
Kevin: because those things are just objects hun, I can always get a new car. I was more concern about you and your safety
Megan: *sniffles* but mom and dad got that gift for you as a present
Kevin: Don't worry about it hun
Megan: so you're not mad that your baby sister ruined your car and took it without permission?
Kevin: it's all forgotten now kid. But you're still grounded for a month instead of two
Megan: oh, thank you so much Kevy! (hugs him)

Kevin kisses the top of her forehead while hugging her.

Kevin: you're welcome princess
Megan: *let's go while wipping her tears* I'm hungry
Kevin; okay will go out for lunch, alright?

Megan: okay, but if I see Chris can I talk to him please??? It's about our break up
Kevin: *sighs* you wanna get back with him don't you?

Megan nods her head.

Kevin: alright fine, but your only getting 5 minutes with him that's it

Megan: oh wow a whole 5 minutes!
Kevin: wanna make that 2?
Megan: 5 is good *hugs him* thanks Kevin
Kevin: anytime
Megan: btw, is their something going on between you and my professor
Kevin: what do you mean?
Megan: *cross arm* Kevin...
Kevin: okay... I was gonna tell you with her at dinner, but I guess you should hear it from me first. After you completed your summer classes, I asked your Professor out. She told me we couldn't date during the school year because it would be awkward for you, but now that's she's no longer your teacher we decided to give it another go
Megan: you and my professor???
Kevin: uh... yeah?
Megan: *sighs* I guess if she makes you happy I have no rights to judge
Kevin: thank you Megan
Megan: I hope she's not another one of those video girls you been dating lately Kevin
Kevin: don't worry she's not, once you get to know her for her and not your professor you will love her
Megan: okay
Kevin: that's my girl, now let's go tell everybody that we are going out for lunch alright
Megan: okay

They both got ready then they met up with the rest of the gang and told them that their going out for lunch, they agree and went to lunch but in separate cars.
