Issei is fighting Cao Cao while Mad Rogue fighting Jeanne.
"What's wrong? You still can't land a single attack on me..", said Cao Cao taunting Issei. Issei only tsk'd as he charge at Cao Cao and about to land a punch to him.
Cao Cao guard himself with his own spear as Issei fist collide with his spear's rod. Cao Cao only smirk. "It's that all? I expected much from you when we last time departed", said Cao Cao. "I thought you can take on me when i have kamen rider power but i guess i was wrong!". Cao Cao attack Issei with his spear skill.
Meanwhile the two rider clash. "You taking side with them now?!", shout Jeanne. "No, i take the side of justice..", said Mad Rogue. "You mean they are the right side?! Wrong!!", shout Jeanne. "I am on the right side!", said Jeanne.
"Is it, Jeanne?", ask Mad Rogue. "Remember Kabuto's city? Cao Cao blew it up..", said Mad Rogue. "To make sure those thing did not invade another city!!", shout Jeanne. "You sacrifice an innocent life!! Including Kabuto's ally!! Now tell me if that a good thing to do for 'Hero' Faction, huh?!", shout Mad Rogue.
"You won't understand what we did for a greater good..", said Jeanne. "And people called it 'twisted' justice", said Mad Rogue.
Both clash the sword again. "Moreover, you broke his heart...", said Mad Rogue. That make Jeanne flinch. The still clashing sword.
-meanwhile Issei-
Cao Cao stomp Issei on the ground as he point his spear at Issei. "Seem to me, you're on your limit..", said Cao Cao.
Issei realize that his power is depleting.
'Aibou! My power on that thing is decreasing!!', shout Ddraig.
"What?! That can't be..", said Issei, still gripping the spear on the ground. "Shikattanai-daro na!!!, shout Issei, taking out his another extra final form, and insert into his now morph DragVisor Drei, as explosion occur that make Cao Cao jumps away from the explosion
On the explosion, Issei now clad in red and black armor of Ryuki Survive. Issei charge at Cao Cao as he punch Cao Cao to the face as his body fly across the school field. Issei charge while Cao Cao about to get up as he lariat Cao Cao to the ground. Issei start punching Cao Cao to the ground but Cao Cao already guard with his spear. "Don't you dare underestimate me!!!!", shout Issei.
Cao Cao grit his teeth behind the helm as he kick Issei away from him. Issei stumble back but manage to stand his ground, he panting.
*Final Vent!/Hazard Finish!*
Both jumps as they both use rider kick toward each other. Both strengthen their rider kick as then explode occur. Both fall to the ground as they struggle to stand up.
"You really persistence...", said Cao Cao. "I can do this all day...", said Issei.
"Unfortunately for you, you won't...", said Cao Cao. His spear glowing as he point at Issei. "You will die here and we will get the Lostbottle..", said Cao Cao as he throw the spear Issei.
"Damn it...i can't move my body, my energy.., said Issei as he close his eyes then
"I guess you still have a long way to improve, Issei..", a familiar voice. Issei open his eyes as he see Ryusei standing infront of him, grabbing the spear.

'Ready Go!'
Ryusei kick the spear up as he jump. When the spear point at Cao Cao as Ryusei use rider kick to kick the spear toward Cao Cao. "Haaaaaaaa!!!!!", shout Ryusei.
'Voltech Finish!'
The spear stab Cao Cao through the armor to his heart. "Uaaagh!!", shout Cao Cao. He fall to the ground as the body fly across the ground. Enigma land on his feet as he walk toward Cao Cao's body as he began to disappear.
"I.....guess, i'm lost to you, Ryusei...", said Cao Cao. "You know me..", said Ryusei. Cao cao smile peacefully. "I guess Vali told you about me.", said Ryusei. "You just misunderstood, Cao Cao. No one blaming you but you crossed the line..", said Ryusei again. "I think...i deserved..", he disappear, leaving his spear.
Ryusei take the spear as it morph into something new.
"So this is the spear true potential that Vali talk about, Rhongomyniad", said Build.
"Nii-san..?", ask Issei, in his civilian beaten up form.
