7. Phoenix Blaze

Ryusei now clad in Shark and Bike armor. "Ohh~ what a nice form you have..", said Kille Burst. "Enough talk!", declare Ryusei. He charge toward Kille Burst as both began to fight against each other.

"Hazard Level 4.4...4.5!", said Kille Burst.

Is he counting your hazard level? Ryusei, keep doing what you do!! Your hazard is now on par with him! Keep going, Ryusei!.

Ryusei then summon Drilk Crusher and charge at Kille Burst and start to slash him with the weapon. Kille Burst only defend and counter the attack. But, clearly Kille Burst is holding his own strength back. "Interesting, your hazard level is increasing..you are now on Hazard Level 4.9!", said Kille Burst. "And but now that is your limit!", said Kille Burst. "What are you..", suddenly Kille Burst glow in blue as he suddenly appear infront of Ryusei

"My turn, one thing about me is me and Blood Stalk are the same thing!", he shout as he attacking Ryusei and Ryusei now is the one who in defensive mode.

He and Evolt is the same thing?! Oh shit...His hazard level is increasing!! Careful Ryusei!!

Kille Burst then use his finishing attack using his now fuse Steam Blade and Steam Gun, Transteam Gun and shoot at Ryusei. "Adieu~", said Kille Burst.

A finishing blast hit Ryusei as he been set backward and fall to the ground which demorph him back to his civilian form. "Agh...what the hell happen, he become powerful in just few second...", said Ryusei.

"I might say i'm quite impressive with your development...but i guess i shall reward you..", said Kille Burst. He take out the familiar red device that both Ryusei and Katsuragi familiar off and then another two fullbottles thrown at him.

"Hazard Trigger with Spider and Cooler Fullbottles? How did you have....these?", ask Ryusei. "Lets say Blood Stalk is not the only one call himself game changer...now, my job here is done, until we meet again, kamen rider...", said Kille Burst.

"Adieu~", he shot a mist from his steam gun and disappear.

Ryusei take the Hazard Trigger along with the two new fullbottles that Kille Burst throw at him, and stare at it. "With this..."

You have a chance to make your hazard trigger a bit higher but we both now what it can do....

"Yeah, I guess our work is been cut out to making Full Full Bottle", said Ryusei.

-11 days later-

Ryusei is shock what he see in front of him. Issei is all beaten up now lying on his bed, telling him Riser Phenex is Kamen Rider....

-Flashback-

Issei, now clad in Kamen Rider Great Cross Z stood infront of Rias, as he about to win the match when Riser Phenex laugh.

"You think you are the only kamen rider in this world, Hyoudou Issei?! Think again!!", shout Riser, taking out a build driver and Phoenix Blaze Fullbottle (Recolour of FullFull Bottle into red and black with Phenex logo on both side)

'Scorch!' Riser insert the Phoenix Blaze Fullbottle into the build driver. 'Phoenix Blaaaaazzze! Riser rotate the crank as he smirk. 'Are you ready?!'

"Henshin..", said Riser. 'Scorching Red Warrior! Phoenix Blaze! Yyyeaaah!'

And the rest of the 2nd round of their match, Issei end up being dominated by Riser and Rias and her peerage lose the rating game.

-Flash back end-

That high class devil is kamen rider...this is bad. With how Issei's hazard level are, he cannot defeat that high class devil with kamen rider system.

Ryusei take out Hazard Trigger in his pocket.

Are you thinking to use that Hazard Trigger? You believe you can control it..?

"There's no other choice, Katsuragi-san. Lets just hope that I can control it ", said Ryusei.

Beside Issei is Asia whom bring Issei's back from the Rating Game. "Onii-chan....Issei-san....is", said Asia "Who did this to him?", ask Ryusei. "I can't tell you that...Rias-", Ryusei unknowingly release his aura. "Please tell me..who did this...", said Ryusei

Asia just stare at him with shock expression as he tighten the grip on the Hazard Trigger. "Tell me, Asia.", said Ryusei. Soon, a portal with gremory logo on it open and reveal a maid in silver hair. It is Grayfia. "Sirzech's queen...", thought Ryusei, he then walk out but before that, he bow to Grayfia but Grayfia stop him.

"I have order from the great maou Sirzech Lucifer himself. He want you invited to the party. He is hoping you can save Rias", said Grayfia. "Why me...i am just human...", said Ryusei. "A human that capable of fighting a supernatural being is not a normal human...", said Grayfia. Ryusei sigh as he look at Issei, still unconcious. "You dont have to say it, I want to beat the hell out of the person who did this to him", said Ryusei.
