Night Rogue killed a stray devil with Transteam Gun. "Having fun being who you are?", ask Kille Burst as he dodge the shoot from Night Rogue. "Who are you..? You do seem have a Transteam system you use..", said Night Rogue. "For now, i am Kille Burst", he introduce himself to Night Rogue. "And second, you seem to be a neutral...", said Kille Burst.
"I am not intend to side any of these faction. The fact that they arent really a devil from the original one. They just a being that derived from the original one. They are weak against a simple nebula gas shot", said Night Rogue. "True...and yet, it is quite fascinating that they are still can use rider system", said Kille Burst.
"Are you here for a talk or just want to fight..?", ask Night Rogue. "I am here to talk about Enigma Build, i assume you have met him..? The gold and silver kamen rider..?", ask Kille Burst. "I am, and he is also a human...", said Night Rogue. "Correct! He seem to be a fascinating person as i can tell. Blood Stalk already revealed himself to him and soon enough you will have to reveal who you really are to him..", said Kille Burst.
"Now is not the time, it will make him mad...if he knows who i really am...", said Night Rogue.
A scene transition to Ryusei as he now panting in the ground, he turn back and look at the sky.
"Come to think of it, Endou anniversary of his death is coming, well his body are still missing when that airplane crashed...", think Ryusei. "Endou...where are you..?", think Ryusei.
A scene transition back to Issei which is now shock to see all beaten up Irina as he glare up in the sky to see a being with many black wings. "I am Kokabiel!!", he shout his introduction. "Kokabiel.. Cadre rank of Fallen Angel...", said Rias.
"You are here, Sister Of Sirzech Lucifer. This will make my job easier then but i intend to lure the other one, it is like killing 2 bird with one stone...", said Kokabiel. "Are you responsible for this..?", ask Rias.
"Yes, so that i can instigate war among three faction!! Yes!! War!!", yell Kokabiel in excitement. "You war monger...", said Rias in disgust.
"Save your strength, Sister Of Sirzech. For i, will destroy the very foundation of this town!! Hahahahahaha!!!!", laugh Kokabiel as he fly away.
"I have to stop him!! Rias Buchou, we have to go and chase him!", shout Issei. "Wait, Issei! Before you go, someone has deliver this briefcase to me, from anonymous..", said Rias, as she give the briefcase to Issei.
Issei grab the briefcase as he open it and earn a shock face. "A wing card...?", said Issei.
It is a same card when he use while he is Ryuki. "Stop him, I will come back with Sona and her peerage", said Rias. Issei only nod.
-Kuoh Academy-
Rias Gremory peerage and Sona Sitri peerage is confronting Kokabiel. Issei summoned his Boosted Gear and then take out the new card that he receive from Rias.
"So what they say is true. Hyoudou Issei, the current Sekiryuutei, is also a kamen rider...", said Kokabiel. Kokabiel smirk evilly. "Come at me!! With all you've got!! Sekiryuutei!!", shout Ryusei.
So the battle start but Rias and Sona know that this fight will be one-sided. Kokabiel has a tons of experience in term of a battle. It is why he is a war monger.
Kokabiel slash Issei with a light spear. Thankfully, with kamen rider armor on, the damage is reduced but still can cause pain. Saji then joins the fight with Issei.
"Henshin!!", yell Saji. 'Crocodile In Rogue!! Orrrraaaa!!'
Saji transform into Rogue, and start punching Kokabiel but Kokabiel is stand still. The punch did nothing as Kokabiel then kick Saji in the chest then slash him with a ligh spear.
"Gaaaack", shout Saji in pain, as he fall backward and to the ground. "Saji!!", Issei call Saji's name.
Kokabiel only laugh. "Is this kamen rider? They really exagerate about how strong are you...", said Kokabiel. "Maybe we should up the notch...". Kokabiel take out Sclash Driver and out it on his waist.
'Crow Sclash Jelly!' "Henshin...", announce Kokabiel with a smirk. 'Tsubureru! Nagareru! Afurederu! Crow!!!!'
"Kamen Rider Crow...entering the battle..", declare Kokabiel. Issei and Saji, still in their kamen rider mode get up and get in stance.
"Issei!/Saji!!", shout Rias and Sona. "Back up, Rias-Buchou!! I will defeat him!!", shout Issei. "Kaichou, i got this. As kamen rider, i will defeat this bastard that tainted the name 'kamen rider'!", declare Saji.
Issei still has that card on his hand as he stand up, when the card creating a fire arounf them.
Issei : Henshin!
Issei transform into Ryuki as he insert his new card as his DragVisor change into DragVisor Zwei, as he insert the new card.
*Survive!*
A flaming boost up engulfing inside the flash where issei is and explode. Within thise flame, red compound eye shines as then reveal Issei clad in new form of his Ryuki known as Survive. A black suit with red dragon armor on his chest and Boosted Gear appears on his left hand. 'Boosted Gear!!'"My soul are flaming up, as i fight for justice...to beat you up...", growl Issei, as he declare a fight at Kokabiel.
