I meet with Kyra after my friends and Nikki leave to my room to tell what I’ve been dying to say.
“Hey, you good?” says Liz. “Of course I am.” says Kyra. “Can I be honest with you?” says Liz. “Yes, go on.” says Kyra. “You know the posters, the metal for the track place, the play, the locker, and the breakup plan. That was all me. I’m so sorry for everything. I’ll do a 1,000 pushups to shut up.” says Liz. “Liz, it’s okay; I needed it to be honest.” says Kyra. “Really, I thought you would freak out and we would never be friends anymore.” says Liz. “Why wouldn’t we be friends anymore? I love you, Liz.” says Kyra. “Thanks, bestie; I do, too.” says Liz. “I’m glad you got that off of your chest.” says Kyra.
So, this plan got foiled? Yep, it pretty much did. I saved you, Kyra from all the bad things around you. But at least you have me still.
