  "¡OYE! ¡RICHARD AQUI ESTA TU GEMELO PERDIDO!" One of the guys yelled out. I turn and see them laughing looking at a cage of monkeys.

  "Ay si, que chistositos son." Richard laughed.

  We all laughed a bit and continued walking around and seeing all the little critters.

  "Can we go see the penguins!! Pleaaassseee!" I begged poking all of their arms.

  "We're going around Yami. Ahorita vamos ir con los pingüinos." Johann said putting a hand on my shoulder and rubbing it.

  "Finnee." I pouted.

We walked around for a while stopping every now and then to take pictures of the animals or with them. 

We sat down at a bench for bit taking a break from walking.

"Can you just imagine...." Joel started. "Just being locked up in a cage or behind a glass with no freedom of any sort." 

"You wouldn't know what it's like." I muttered under my breath and rolled my eyes.

I began to think about how that's almost how I was. Just that I wasn't usually locked up. Sure I would be able to go out but I couldn't just go anywhere I desired. Joel wouldn't know what it's like to have to be home before our parents got home, to have everything spotless, and to be mistreated by them. Joel was more like a bird. A bird out in the open. Free to go anywhere he liked and probably not come home until he wanted to. I was a bird too, but a bird in the zoo, caged up, limited space to fly.  I-

"Yamileth???" Someone called out.

I look up and see everyone looking at me. "What?"

"Are you okay? What do you mean he wouldn't know? And why are you glaring at him? I swear if looks can kill, Joel would be six feet underground by now." Richard asked me.

"Nothing." I got up and started walking.

"Hey! Yami! Where are you going?!" Richard called out.

I ignored him and continued walking away from them. Rapid steps were heard behind me but I just ignored them. 

"Yami. Are you okay?" 

"I'm fine Yoandri. I'm fine." I murmured without looking at him. 

I find another bench and sit down on it, Yoandri following my actions. 

I let out a sigh and look down, my vans suddenly become really interesting.

"I'm trying Yoandri. I really am." I rest my head on his shoulder. 

"Trying what?"

"I'm trying to not get mad at him. I mean, teeeccchnically, it's not much his fault that our parents  despised me. But he just-" I paused stumbling over my words. "He always has to be saying some stupid shit!  Or he'll just say something, and whatever he says, just provokes me! I just wanna smack a piece of duck tape over his mouth so he won't say anything and he'll just shut up! " I tell him as my hands fly all over the place, using motion.

"Ohh I see. Well first of all, try calming down." He starts grabbing both my hands in his. "Breath. Look, I understand you're not very fond of him at the moment, but give him time. You have to-" in that moment I look up at into his eyes. He has some really beautiful eyes. Sure they're brown, classic brown eyes, but there's more in them. Something that holds me captivated and won't let me look away. Unlike mine. My eyes are just brown blobs. Nothing special. His hold a spark of color in them. Beautiful. Hypnotizing. I can't  find the strength to look away, which is weird seeing as I can't even make eye contact with anyone without feeling awkward as hell..

Oh wait... he was talking... shiiit

"-if you really want to try it, okay? Talk it out with him. I know you can do it if you try." He ended holding me.

Huh..?

"You're right. Thanks Yoyo." 

He hummed in response and hugged me.

Damn he smells good. 

He pulled away, sadly, and smiled at me. "Penguins?"

A smile come upon my face and my eyes widened. "Yes! Oh my god yes!"

He grabbed my hand and started pulling me towards the pathway. Not knowing where we're going, we just walked around trying to find the penguins. 

Eventually we had to get a map and follow the signs. We even found the other guys! 

By the monkey cage again.

Oh boy.
