My Brothers Best Friend

Introduction

My name? Yamileth. Regular name regular life right? Well, what if I were to tell you my last name was Pimentel? Then everything changes. All of a sudden everyone knows me. But not for something I did. Everyone knows me because of my brother, Joel Pimentel. Yes, Joel Pimentel the one who auditioned for La Banda and made it in. Yes he made it in and ended up in the band CNCO.

You would think that I love my brother and that he is my favorite person in the world and that I would do anything for him, but let me tell you something, you are completely wrong. If anything, I hate him more than anything!

My parents pretty much hate me because of him. For some unknown reason, they have always preferred Joel. I could die and they wouldn't care. Oh but no!!!! If Joel got a damn little paper cut, they almost rush him to the hospital!

Don't even get me started with school. At school everyone hates me as well and they all love Joel. Joel is the most popular kid at school. All the girls want to date him and/or sleep with him. It's like everyone loves Joel and hates me. But I never understood why. They always say that Joel is hot and cute and all that and that I'm the ugly freak in the family. I always thought we looked alike. I'm basically the girl version of him and he's the boy version of me. I mean, we are twins after all.

But I guess if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have met the people who mean more of a family to me than my actually "family".

Who would've known that in the end, I fell for my brothers best friend...
