5/8/14 Awake:Wake up to the walk
John 11
How would our lives be a different if we walked with Jesus?
SIX MAIN POINTS OF THE MESSAGE
1. We would understand that we are walking with supreme affirmation.
2. you always have all that you need.
3. the highs and lows are tempered with his presence.
4. you never need to be in a hurry.
5. you never pass the broken.
6. you know that he will walk with you until the last day on earth.
SIDE POINTS OF THE MESSAGE
- don't be bound up with the stuff that first killed you.
- don't forget who you are
- we are waking up to an invitation to walk with Jesus
- Christianity is a lifestyle and a relationship with Jesus where we walk with him.
- Christianity is not a to do list.
- Micah 6:8
-if you're not walking humbly with Jesus then you aren't walking with him at all.
- Hebrews 13:5
- be content with what you have.
-The Lord is my helper
- Less drama and more Jesus
-life is lived with Jesus
- you are somebody to God
- Matthew 28
-he is always with us
- Luke 21
