Rosalie stands next to Nolan holding his hand as she stands in the army of hunters. Gerard steps in front of everyone holding a huge gun. If Rosalie was to be honest she's scared, she doesn't know if she could kill a werewolf. She squeezes Nolan's hand slightly.
Nolan's her boyfriend. They have been boyfriend and girlfriend for two years. Childhood friends turned young lovers very Nicholas Sparks of them. Rosalie loves Nolan and Nolan loves Rosalie. He didn't know what he would do if he lost the green eyed brunette girl....but he's about to find out.
"Today, we are going to defeat the wolfs!" says Gerard making the crowd cheer as Rosalie's nerves intensify
"It's going to be okay, babe." Nolan says trying to comfort his girlfriend even though he is really just as nervous
"I hope so." says Rosalie gulping nervous
"But I think you all need a little....motivation." says Gerard before scanning over the crowd until he spots the brunette haired girl
"You." Gerard says pointing to her making her even more nervous
"Come here." He instructs
Shaking a little Rosalie makes her way to the Gerard.
"Stand here." He says placing the young girl in front of him
He then shoots her twice in the stomach. Rosalie falls to the ground gripping her bleeding stomach. All the hunters watch some in horror and some emotionless. But nobody goes anything. They just look at Gerard waiting for him to continue. Nobody helps poor bleeding Rosalie.
"Do as I say or this will be you." says Gerard walking away with everyone following him but Nolan
He stands there stunned for a second before he snaps out of and runs to Rosalie.
"Rosalie." He says tears falling down his face
"I need to call the ambulance." says Nolan starting to pull his phone out when a small hand stops him
"Don't....I won't make it till then." says Rosalie as she holds onto his wrist
"This is all my fault, I should have never gotten you involved with this." says Nolan regretfully as sorrow feels his eyes looking at dying girlfriend
"Nolan....don't blame yourself...I just want you to not be sad after I'm gone, promise me you won't?" says Rosalie softly
"I...I can't promise that Rosalie. I won't be happy because you won't be here. I won't be able to see your smile everyday or kiss your soft lips." says Nolan
"Just promise you'll try to be happy." says Rosalie
"I...I promise." says Nolan hesitantly as tears flow down his face not wanting Rosalie to leave him
"I love you." says Rosalie as she closes her eyes tried
"I love you too." says Nolan
And that was the last thing Rosalie heard before she died that day. The day she died too soon and a death that served no purpose but to add to Gerard's cruelty. As Gerard took a young girl's life; he took the one thing in this world Nolan truly loved.
