Viola sits next to Nolan in history taking notes and sneaking glances over at him once in a while. Nolan's known around school as the weird, friendless, and clumsy boy in school but Viola sees him as a cute, nice, and shy guy. She never thought Nolan has even noticed her before but what she doesn't know is he actually has noticed her a lot.

"Okay, we going to be starting a new project today. You are going to be in pairs." says Viola's history teacher

Viola's eyes instantly go to Liam who is already looking at her smiling. Liam and Viola are best friends along with Corey and Mason of course. You know all about the supernatural and are close to everyone in the pack. Viola's just a human 100%, not a supernatural creature.

"That I'm going to picking." She adds making everyone groan

"Everyone settle down, the first pair is..." she starts but Viola zones out not really caring until she hears her name

"And lastly, Nolan and Viola." She says

Then Nolan looks over at her giving her a small smile which Viola returns happy to be paired with Nolan.

"Okay everyone get in your groups." says Viola's teacher then Nolan scoots his desk over to Viola's

"Hey." Nolan says giving Viola a nervous smile

"Hey, Nolan. So what do you want to do for the project?" says Viola smiling

"I.....I'm not really sure...I was thinking we could do the civil war maybe? I mean.....unless you think it's not a good idea." says Nolan playing with his hand's nervously thinking Viola would laugh and tell him he's stupid

"I think that's a great idea, Nolan." says Viola thinking about how great this project would turn out

"Really?" He questions sort of shocked that Viola wasn't being rude to him.

She's so pretty and popular he thought she would've thought he was a loser and totally be rude to him.

"Yeah, I like the idea." says Viola

"Okay, great....well we should probably get started." say Nolan shyly

As Nolan and Viola continued on with the project the closer they got. They soon became good friends. They walk to class together, they hang out after school, and they study together. Viola smiles at she stands at her locker waiting for Nolan so they can walk to class together. She smiles as she sees him approaching her.

"Hey, Nolan." She says pulling him into a hug

He stiffens a bit still not use to her hugging him or really anyone hugging him for that matter.

"Hey, Viola." He says smiling nervously

Even though he was more comfortable with Viola than he has ever been in his life to someone he was still nervous he would find some way to screw it up.

"So you excited for the big game this weekend?" Viola asks Nolan as they walk towards class

"Yeah, I'm a little nervous of course. I mean we're playing Devenford Prep and they're really good." says Nolan totally freaking out about the big game not wanting to look like a loser in front of Viola since she's attending it

"I'm sure you'll do great Nolan." says Viola smiling at Nolan making Nolan smile as they enter their first-period class

Malia, Scott, and Viola walk down the hall heading a little late since Liam sort of lost control for a second. When Scott stops Malia and Viola.

"Do you hear that?" He asks looking around

"No...why?" says Viola confused since she doesn't have supernatural hearing

"I think someone's getting beat up." He says then Viola and Malia following Scott to stop the fight

Once they get to where the fight is, Viola instantly sees it's Nolan getting beat up.

"Nolan!" She says concerned as Scott and Malia push the two idiots off of him

"Viola go clean him up we will deal with these idiots." says Scott

Nodding Viola helps Nolan and as quickly as she can takes him to the locker room.

"Oh my...Nolan." says Viola as she checks Nolan's injuries out after setting Nolan down on a bench

"I'm fine, Viola." says Nolan as you walk away to get the first aid

"Fine? Nolan you have a black eye and blood all over your face from all the scratches you got. Just shut up and let me help you." says Viola

"Okay." He whispers then Viola goes to work cleaning up Nolan's face

"Why did you do it?" asks Nolan as Viola cleans the last line of blood on Nolan's face

"Why did I do what?" questions Viola

"Why did you help me?" He asks softly

"Because your my friend, Nolan, and because no one deserves to be like that. Especially you...You're a great guy." says Viola

"You think I'm a great guy?" He question looking up at Viola shocked making Viola softly smile

"Yeah, you're nice and sweet.....and you have moments when you tell really funny jokes. I guess that's why I like you so much." Viola

"You..you...like me?" questions Nolan shocked someone like Viola would like him

Viola bites her lip nervously as she nods yes wondered Nolan wouldn't returned her feelings.

"I like you too, Viola." Nolan says smiling

Viola smiles before crashing her lips on his. It takes Nolan a second to respond not use to the contact since it's his first kiss. Finally he does and once he does he smiles into the kiss happy to finally be with Viola. The girl he has admired for many years.
